Superb
-
The room was clean and comfortable. The location is not too far from the city. Great place to stay!
-
I stayed just one night to attend a concert at Ravinia. The hotel provides shuttle service to and from the venue, which is why I chose to stay there. It worked out great. The check-in staff was helpful, the concert was phenomenal, the shuttle got us back easily, I had a good night’s sleep and enjoyed breakfast at the lobby restaurant before leaving.

The hotel is old and everything is broken
-
We wanted coffee in the afternoon and they only have it available during breakfast. We made a cup in the room, had two liquid creamers, and both were bad. We called and asked for a glass of milk and they said no but brought more creamers….no thank you.
-
There is no hot tub as advertised, smelled like smoke in the hotel. Room was clean, staff was nice
-
I wasn't sure about breakfast and didn't need the bar, however several concert goers gathered and really enjoyed the conversation and fellowship in the bar. It was a very nice, welcoming location. THANK YOU for the near perfect room! I haven't slept that sound in a very long time... which is not the usual for a stay in a hotel. Oh... best pillows ever!
-
There were two carpet beetles I saw in my room but other than that everything was super clean and I enjoyed the stay
-
Very quiet and clean rooms. Breakfast was awesome and staff very friendly.
-
It was inexpensive, and in a good location, but clearly in need of lots of updates and cleaning. Not terrible, but certainly not nice.

Great stay!

Disappointing
-
Very nice place, great parking for trucks
-
this is motel standard in a hotel facade. rooms were musty and smelled old. not worth $450+ for two nights.
-
Room was very clean & neat. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve been.
-
Nice place. Shuttle for Ravina was very good.
-
The room was spacious, nice, and clean. My only concern was that the pillowcases had a very strong body odor, as if they had been washed with only water. I actually had to put my towel on top of the pillow to sleep. The hotel needs to use bleach or a stronger detergent to properly sanitize them
