The hotel lobby is nice, the hallways going up to the rooms are scary and dark, the carpet is in need of some cleaning as well as a fresh paint, the rooms a small and compact and dark idk dark and black paint to me screams dirt just my opinion. We came in on a Sunday late night the night crew was really nice. The morning of check out I asked for a microwave and which I was told they would bring one up asked at 10am it was never delivered, morning staff can do a better job of communicating with one another when it comes to guests needs. 6/10

Nice location and clean bedrooms. Hallways felt a little out of a horror movie, but not terrible. Did get some random charge that I wasn’t aware of. Also, breakfast is NOT free if you are wondering.

Good location with plenty of parking. Close to restaurants and highway. A Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is located within the hotel if you like a nice meal.

They offer shuttles to Ravinia

The elevators were not working. Only elevators on one side were working, creating havoc for everyone staying there. Waiting 15 minutes for an elevator is ridiculous. Also, they dod not post any signs, to givtheir guests a heads up that the elevators aren't working. For 2 days, no signs. The floor in the room was filthy, white socks looked black after walking around in there and the bed sheets/comforter smelled moldy. Some workers did not speak English. Could not tell us where the stairs were located...awesome!

Clean rooms and quiet even though the hotel was very busy.

Had the opportunity to have a Corner Room on the 7th Floor. Spacious and Comfortable. Everything in the room was positioned properly and accessible. Bathroom was sufficient and water pressure in room was Great. Location of Hotel was right next to the Highway so very convenient for travel purposes going into and coming back from the City. Definitely will be looking to stay at this location again once I visit Chicago again.

I had booked a room with double beds a month in advance. I showed up and they told me they had no double beds available. I was sharing a room with one of my co workers so sleeping in the same bed wasn't an option. Only after we both reacted very upset was our complaint taken seriously, before then it was just a "we don't have any double beds" in a stern tone. I'm just very frustrated that even after booking so ahead of time they still couldn't honor my booking and give the room I needed. Furthermore I called earlier in the day letting them know what time we'd be checking in and they still couldn't hold the room on the reservation? After a 14 hour travel day my co worker had to sleep in a rolling bed.
