not must to say hotel was OK clean and well maintained. bar was very mundane no restaurant

The interior spaces, rooms and baths appear to be recently refreshed and are comfortable and attractive. Now they need to update the courtyard furniture and do some painting there. A nice place to stay and I would return.

Clean and comfy room -- though the front desk could use more staff during check out and check in times. Overall, a very good experience.

I found someone else stuff in the room I reported it to the staff and they refused to rectify the situation then I asked for towels and the staff refused to bring me towels I didn’t get the towels until 2 hrs later.

Glad to have refrigerator, understand some hotels are eliminating them. Standard room was fine. Breakfast not included was a bummer.

Comfy bed and clean rooms. Quiet. Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool and laundry. Convenient area. Nice town.

The head of maintenance was very nice

I booked this hotel because it has a higher rate on Expedia. However, it was a very average hotel! I could rate it 4/10! You can find many better hotels with the same or lower price!

good location and clean

Staff was friendly. The best part was the hotel shuttle to Ravinia Park for the concert that we were attending. We weren’t sure how we were going to deal with it but the shuttle was perfect!

We paid $20 per person for a shuttle to ravinia and whole drop off was perfect, we had to wait a long time to get back to the hotel because there were so many others. Drops were at staggered times, but everyone needed picked up at the same time.
