It's a Super 8 but it's in Chicago and it's clean and it's safe and the staff was nice. The room was nice and it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Room smelled like a bar from the 70s. TV didn't work. Said continental breakfast.... none. Not enough parking spots. Would never return. Staff was very nice.

don't, the room was dirty and dusty, I start from washing toilet seat myself, hear was in a bath , we came late, so next day I went to manager and complained, because we were staying there for 4 days, he said tha he will send someone to clean next day, but he was very rude: he told me that if I didn't like I could go and find another hotel, like Hilton, I was very upset, because of this attitude and I have to wait for another day to get cleaned! I will never stay in this chain again! I made pictures and video to prove that, I can send it to you! We were in room #127

It was cheap and basically as expected. I did see a roach in the bathroom in the morning though so that’s not great. But overall it was fine, safe, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay. I wouldn’t stay here again though.

Good place to stay

Our stay was decent. The staff was excellent. The area is nice and the property is clean. The room could have been cleaned, there was a odor in the bathroom that only got worse after each shower, it was dusty under our beds, and the floors were not properly cleaned so my daughter's socks immediately got dirty from walking around barefoot. The towels, linens were fresh and clean so we were able to have a comfortable sleep.

Breakfast was basic and filling. Bottle of juice, yogurt, muffin. Location on the back of the hotel was quiet.

sidewalks and asphalt pavement require immediate maintenance. rooms require at least 2 chairs. We had to use toilet seat to get our shoes on. signage to motel was prectically non-existant.

Toilet flush is not working

Just overall absolutely would not recommend.
