Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and a nice size for the one night I stayed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I did pay for breakfast, which was good. The snacks were high, but that’s to be expected in a hotel. I would stay again!

Overall Rating: 2.5 / 5 I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend with my family and wanted to share an honest review to help others plan better. Location The hotel has a strong plus in this area — it’s conveniently located right near the highway, making it easy for road trips or anyone needing quick access in and out. That was the best part of our stay. The Property & Rooms This is a Hyatt, but it doesn’t feel like most other Hyatts I’ve stayed at. The room itself was acceptable in terms of cleanliness and basic setup, but the double beds were only full-size, which felt small and cramped for adults (especially with family). Major Issues On our very first night we discovered the toilet and shower were both clogged. When I tried to call the front desk, the room telephone wasn’t working at all. I had to physically walk down to the front desk to report it. They told me no technician was available to fix the issue in our first-floor room (101). We also asked about changing rooms, but they had nothing available due to the busy holiday weekend. These problems made the first night stressful and uncomfortable, especially traveling with family.

While I didn’t take advantage of the amenities, I always appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the care of the front desk staff.

Breakfast options was very limited and not fresh.

Decent hotel for the price. Certain things in the room definitely need an upgrade. Too much wear and tear throughout the hotel and the rooms. There's also no reason for any hotel to not have streaming services these days.

I have stayed here before and never had a room like this. Dirty, the beds were caved in the middle. No clean towels for days.

The following morning I spoke to the front desk and was given two vouchers for coffee from the cafe, and complimentary breakfasts for my family. She also said she would request a refund for the first night from the hotel booking site we used, but as far as I can tell that didn't happen. The buffet was nice, but when we tried to get coffee, my husband and I had to go back and wait several times because no staff was there.

The furniture in the lobby and the room was dirty, there was no microwave in the room (there was 1 on each floor though) the refrigerator was not cold, and the room was dark the lighting was very low.

Hotel is very outdated, rooms are very dark and bed sheets are older than my great grandmother. I was there for 5 nights my Room phone didn’t work the whole time eve thought I informed the front desk 3 times I had a group of 15 people so we had to use our personal phones to comunícate with each others which the WiFi service was poor to none. Very little Bathroom amenities had to ask ask for shower caps every day. Not every floor had a ice machine and the microwave in the vending room was poorly kept. When booking hotel was not offered breakfast package.

Our room was clean and modern, very comfortable for our one night stay! Breakfast was tasty and staff pleasantly helpful. We’ll definitely return again to this Hyatt when traveling in the Chicago Area.

While staying there . I caught a ring worm infection either from the sheets or towels provided . I’m not happy with that my skin has been damaged .

The building is built like a giant U shape and both our rooms ended up to be at the furthest opposite side of the building also, that suck. The building is very inconvenient as there are no side doors for access, you can only enter through the lobby. We rented through Expedia and chose the breakfast buffet, thats an extra $9, original price would be $19. Breakfast is served like dinning service. There's 2 servers getting whatever you want to drink and bus the tables. The breakfast was nice.

Rooms were spacious and cleaned very y. Will absolutely stay there again soon
