One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. When we checked in at 6 PM after a long day, we found out that our room wasn’t ready. The gentleman checking us in explained that the engineer needed to check our room for leaks because it had been raining. He also explained that they had one cleaning lady to clean 200 rooms at that point I knew our room wasn’t clean. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night, but we could barely hear it from our room because it was so faint. The only reason I knew there was a fire alarm is because the bank of elevators wasn’t working for most of the morning. This hotel is run so poorly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice staff. The check in lobby was under construction/maintenance, so they had a temporary check in desk, which was made convenient to find. The staff were nice. Good experience.

Great property for the price

Our room was not cleaned every day, and the bathroom trash was not emptied regularly. With five people staying in the room, we also were not provided with enough toilet paper and had to ask for more during our stay. We had ongoing issues with the bathroom sinks as well. They were clogged and not draining properly. Maintenance came to fix them once, and it worked for a little while, but the issue came back. One of the sinks also only had hot water. Overall, we appreciated the spacious room and comfortable beds, but the lack of consistent housekeeping and the bathroom issues made the stay less comfortable than it should have been.

From there it went to meh. Our toilet leaked on the floor, the bed was not comfortable, the outdoor pool was freezing (end of July!!). It was hit or miss how many towels we would have taken and replaced each day. And maybe if we were lucky we got a bath mat. We had no bedding for the pullout couch which was more spring than padding. For the price it was good for sure. But not sure if we would stay there again.

Very happy with our suite, accommodations were excellent, would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

I loved the Executive Suite, the outdoor pool is nice but could use some TLC, the outdoor seating area is great.

Lobby was under construction, breakfast room was a ballroom and it was not clear it was not complimentary- so surprise bill and absent a general amenity most everywhere else. It was extremely hard to enter the building with bags and the cart and staff looked like they could care less about any inconvenience. Fortunately the room was entirely satisfactory

Breakfast was very disappointing. It was the same food that you would get for free at other hotels and cost us $50 for 2 people. Plus the lobby was under construction so we had to drag our bags to the side of the building.

When I arrived, the lobby and much of the restaurant area were under major construction. There were handwritten signs directing guests to a makeshift front desk located in a conference room, and the entire arrival experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. My primary concern is that there was no notice during the booking process or before my arrival that significant construction was taking place, that common areas would be closed, or that normal hotel services and amenities would be limited. Guests should be given this information in advance. Also all the bathroom toileteries were empty in my room. Change the mgr

Wonderful hotel. Construction going on but still very clean and well organized. Room was beautiful and clean. Would stay here again.

The lobby was closed. The staff seemed bothered by our presence. The restaurant/bar was closed and opened in a conference room. The pool was closed. The gift shop was closed. I would not have stayed here with my wife if I knew it was under construction.

Pool was freezing

The reception area was closed for construction, which was fine. The temporary check in area was not well marked.

You’re a little frustrated. Our room was fine but when we called down for a couple items while we were there, we had to call four times and still didn’t get it. Got credit on our room charge but frustrating the results of remodeling going on so we had to navigate that in front desk staff wasn’t very efficient. Otherwise our stay was pretty good but Customer Service and Delivery of items were disappointing. I also left a message to talk to someone after my stay and I never got a call back from the hotel. Our room was clean and nice but the room service and front desk staff were lacking.

Spotless, a true, large suite, and the staff is very nice. But some transitions are still under construction, and some changes are not great. For example the floors squeak.

Definitely will come again!
