Exceptional staff Nothing

Promised me a junior suite then downgraded me with no credit or anything to my stay.

Pleasant staff and an adequately maintained facility. Need to increase the maid staff in order to cut down on the time it takes to service the rooms. Biggest complaint is the lack of handicap parking near the hotel entrance. Only one space was designated, with the rest of the spaces being valet parking. The remaining handicap spaces were located at the far end of the building. This places an enormous burden on caregivers who have to tend to their loved one as well as their luggage.

Paid for a "Westin" junior suite but was told there was only one kind of suite. Room I paid for was not what I was given. Was told sorry we are sold out and all other rooms are taken. I paid a considerable amount more for a room with a separate sink and sitting area but only was given the standard "junior suite". Highly disappointed.

The manager, Mauricio, came through in the clutch. We arrived early, and he took care of us. He made our 1st trip to Chicago memorable!

The staff at check-in was rude and not to helpful when asking for luggage cart.

I had lost my gold bracelet and the hotel picked it up for me and held it until I came back from my night out

Very clean and comfortable rooms. All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful.

There is an ADA issue with the lack of handicapped parking (only 5 spaces and 2 are over 200 feet from the entrance.

Probably the poorest Westin we’ve ever stayed in. Wouldn’t stay again.

The room was large. The beds were comfortable. It was newer updated. The tub was dirty. There was hair all in the bottom of the tub. We had to clean it out and remove hair for the shower to drain. Shower pressure was not the best, but we made do. Some of the late-night staff was not as friendly as the daytime staff. When asking a question, they looked at us like we were bothering them.
