I like how they was very helpful. My husband left his bag there and they said they did not find it. I like the place it is a nice place to stay!!

This was a horrible hotel to stay at, the staff was no help, the pool was dirty. I been tryin to to get a hold of a manager or hr nothing have emailed called. Horrible customer service

Check in was amazing with such friendly staff, even letting us check in early. Our room was clean and the location was safe and very quiet. Breakfast was amazing and different every day.

The tv was difficult to use and not very many channels

The hotel was in a good location. The pool was really cloudy and the hot tub was foaming, I think they could both use a good cleaning.

We stayed in a newly redecorated room. It was clean fresh and welcoming. Breakfast was good and appreciated. I hate having to go out and find a restaurant, especially when I need to be at a meeting or want to get going. Staff was pleasant and helpful. My husband enjoyed the pool on a very hot day.

Staff was pleasant. Fire alarm at midnight, construction noise at time, not many healthy choices for breakfast

Quiet location.

The bed and air conditioner. The tvs in both rooms and the bed. There was no crib. Instead they were new ones outside in boxes still and we were promised a crib. Very unprofessional.

Half the hotel was under renovation and so closed. The construction dust was well contained, but still offputting.

Easy access to many stores and restaurants

They are going through a remodel (late June 2026) and upon stepping foot into the hotel, I was met with a really musty smell. Thankfully the room didn’t smell and they had air fresheners after that 1st day but the smell was very strong in the hallways and any main areas. Pool was nice for kids, breakfast was decent, the staff was wonderful. But the smell was bad- it took us multiple showers and loads of laundry after returning home, to get the musty smell off of us. We were told it was construction smells from removing old carpets and furniture. Once that’s complete, I would visit again- until then, be warned.

Stay was fine. Pool area nice. My wife bought candy at the front desk with cash but the hotel clerk insisted that she give her our room number. Therefore they ended up charging our credit card for it as well. I’ve contacted the company and they said I would hear back within 48 hours. It has been over a week and have heard nothing. I would not trust the management of this hotel.

The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've indulged in. Didnt try the pool but looked nice. Room and hallway had a little goofy smell but it goes away after being in it for a minute or so. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. And I had the jacuzzi I'm my room and it was amazing. Room was really clean. Tv was pretty good, and all the other amenities work as they should. And they had big bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. And it's located in a descent area and easy to find. The turn to the hotel does come up quick and might surprise you. But overall amazing hotel, definitely recommend.

Rooms are not good

They charge me 2 times
