Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago North Shore Deerfield

The rooms are clean and the love how the whole place is setup. Free breakfast with an omelette section is very nice. The staff are super friendly. And it train station is only minutes away. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was a real bargain having fresh eggs prepared personally & also a buffet bar. The food was good & offered many choices of fruit, yogurt, pastries or bread choices. It also had cereals including oatmeal. This breakfast was included with the price of the room. Parking was free and plentiful. I would stay here again if I were to travel to the area.

we stayed embassy suite from 07/01/26 - 07/04/26 we notice both of my kids had bite from bed bugs please make sure to clean and check the room for bed bugs, room 412

Over all everything was nice, the restaurant was a bit pricy for the type of food in my opinion and my shower was dirty still with hair on the walls and blue tooth paste in the sink. But the staff was very kind, breakfast was very good every morning

One of my favorite but this time is very disappointing.bathroom smell was musty, body wash bottle was empty, very noisy room. Pool doesn’t have towels.

Our stay at Embassy suites was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating & the amenities were wonderful. We truly enjoyed our amazing breakfast every morning and the kitchen staff was so wonderful. The hotel was very clean and safe. We look forward to our next opportunity to visit.

The happy hour munchies were pretty slim, however, having 2 free refreshments for happy hour is such a nice offering

They need to police the swimming pool area more. Kids are always in the hot tub. It is posted that nobody under 16 is supposed to be in there. The parents even ignore the sign. I assume it is a city/county ordinance for health reasons. It should not be ignored.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable When we checked in the desk clerk gave us the wrong room number and wrote it wrong on the card. We tried to get in the room and we were meet with a lady opening the door asking why we were trying to get in her room. We explained the situation and she laughed. The desk clerk apologized and gave us a different roo.

Breakfast was good, the staff was very nice even the omelet station cooks were pleasant. Steve at the front desk was very welcoming. The bar area looked nice and had a nice ambiance. The rooms were clean. Parking was adequate.

One of the best hotels I've ever been in

It was not in a heavily populated area, and kind of secluded. Nothing. It was exactly what we were looking for.

The helpful woman who checked me in early was great & let me know of a close by grocery store.

I paid $700 fot outdated rooms and greasy breakfast filled with cholesterol terrible . nothging

Everything was awesome other than the WIFI being occasionally spotty in the room.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was huge and comfortable. The hotel was just really nice and beautiful in general. The pool was pretty warm and the Jacuzzi was very hot. Overall, it was a really nice hotel experience. Also, the free drinks was a major plus. Me and my family had a great time staying here and we wish we could have stayed there longer
