Previously undisclosed $15 per pet fee charged at time of stay. Bathroom not very clean.

It needs to be replaced. The tub faucet was rusty and shower head,yuk!

This place is dirty and their half night room rental attracts dubious characters . Folks partying until 3:00 am and management is not responsive .will never stay at the roach hotel ever again.

No power

They put me in a smoking room when I asked for non smoking room… they did change me to a non-smoking room eventually. Also, the power went out 30 minutes after I arrived at 6:30 PM and never came back on all night and I I departed the next morning at 7 AM. Lastly, there was a property wide fire alarm malfunction at 3:30 in the morning and everyone had to get up and leave their rooms and stand in the parking lot during a downpour in the rain. I am requesting a full refund for this terrible night stay please.

The floor wasn't the cleanest but it was a convenient stay while I visited family.

This is my third or fourth night staying here in a couple of months. Generally it’s fine for the money. Bare bones. Nice beds. Comfortable. But this last time, the TV remote only worked if I was 3 inches away from the TV and the hot water took about 10 minutes to warm up in the evening. It warmed up right away in the morning.

Too loud!! The people upstairs were literally running across the floor all night. The floor was sticky dirty and the shower was difficult to operate and I got burned trying to turn it off.

Cleanliness of the room.

Arrived to a sleeping staff member at check in, room had hair on both bed sheets, a dirty tooth brush left in bathroom, no lock on bathroom door, phone not working to call front desk and no hot water through the night and morning. I’ve never been so unhappy with a stay. This was not by far cheap to stay so not sure what is happening but would not recommend or return to this property

Was it clean and quiet? No. Did it sound like a air compressor was going off all night? Yes. But it was a nice enough room. And it was a safe place to sleep for the night while passing through. Very convenient to alot of shopping and dining. Would stay again. Obviously a very old hotel being held together by tape and calking. But you get what you pay for and ita the cheapest spot in the area.

The room corners and behind the bed were dirty, the floor became a mini swimming pool after my shower, the water drains into a drainer in the center of bathroom

No breakfast. Only coffee Will never go to an open floor outside entry hotel again as neighbors came each night at 3 am with blaring music, screaming each night and no staff to quiet them!

The location was perfect and it was affordable. There was a very strong odor of cleaning fluids. The walls were cracked. Some of the tiles in the bath room were cracked and just looked disgusting. There was a burn mark on the shower curtain. The furniture was old and dilapidated. The desk chair was rusted. It was just awful!! Thankfully, the bed and sheets appeared to be clean .
