The hotel is lovely but a little noisy. Can hear the sounds from other rooms. And it needs you to ask for room cleaning in advance, otherwise no one cleans the room.

Wonderful welcoming staff - ultra clean room - great towels + bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo etc) - excellent location. Old hotel yet very well maintained + very nicely upgraded. Highly recommend!

They do not offer even free coffee in the lobby. We checked in late at about 1030 pm. No one was around for about 10 minutes to get us checked in.

The room was extremely small and the bedframe was too big for the bed. The room was clean and the service was decent, but probably would not stay there again.

Property was in great shape. If you have a trailer this isn’t the place for you or park on the main street

The room was dated and tv was horrible (ie not high definition and lines running through screen) but easily overlooked with price, cleanliness and service. No pool was spectacular!

Traveling on business so I looked for clean and convenient lodging. This facility had that. The room was nice and the in house restaurant served a good meal. The small breakfast buffet was nice and affordable. I would stay here again if in the area.

Had an extended three week stay at Norwalk inn and conference center . The hotel staff were polite , friendly and responsive . Enjoyed the restaurant as well , loved the meatball appetizer is addicting and had great service there is excellent as well. Be back here again next trip.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. it is nice to have a very attractive facility that is not part of a large impersonal national or international chain. Well worth staying there when you are in the Norwalk area, and you can get a better deal by booking direct.
