Nice hotel, but the two free hands needed to get the elevator to work is unique in my experience and unnecessary.

The staff is super friendly, polite, and professional. The front desk staff was always welcoming. We never heard loud, obnoxious chatter, even when no guests were in sight. Every area of the hotel was super clean, and the aesthetic was pleasingly modern. We stayed in the Studio King, which was spacious and inviting. The bedding was like sleeping on a cloud. Yes! A cloud! The bathroom was on a 4-star level. The only Con regarding the room is that it needs additional lighting near the desk. We will be back again!

Very nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, beds were very comfortable. The ambiance created by the hotel design was relaxing. The rooftop was a nice surprise. The only negative was that the listing said beach access and it was not by the beach. However downtown Norwalk and the beach area is less than a 10 minute drive. Will be returning.

The style, appointments are very attract I’ve. Parking is seamless outside or in the self-parking garage. The restaurant is lovely and wait staff and menu are top notch!
