NO towels in the room. Had to go to front desk to get towels NO waste paper basket or garbage pail NO soap in the bathroom

Although it had a slightly dated charm, it was impeccably clean and inviting. I wish there were more than just one trash room, but the peaceful atmosphere and convenient parking make up for it.

Staff is miserable except for one (Sasha is great). General manager lies about everything in order to avoid addressing any issues. She is beyond rude! I had to escalate issues to district manager and attorneys. Awaiting resolution.

Front desk staff was absolutely awful upon checkin. Rude and just seemed annoyed to have to even speak to me. Property is a bit gloomy and outdated, you get what you pay for. "Breakfast" is some prepackaged muffins and warm coffee. Rooms are at least spacious and the little kitchen is great if you want to save by not eating out. Lots of room to put away clothes and necessities for a hotel room, especially a cheap one. Parking is horrible, very tight.

The room was very humid especially after showers since there are no fans in the bathroom. Overall a nice stay for the cost. Not sure the floors get cleaned well.

There was mold in the bathroom cabinets and it smelled the entire room . No accommodations or provisions were made. Either leave and they will cancel the reservation or stay and endure pretty much. Not family friendly as I had an eight year old and it was very late . A Sagittarius m who is very asthmatic. Had to get Ionic spray and air freshener and kept the bathroom door closed wearing a mask when going in. If I could attach the video I would- will be escalating to corporate
