Great location and the staff was very helpful. We arrived late the first night and they didn't have our King room available. They put us in a smaller room but upgraded us the next day as we booked for 4 nights. My biggest problem with the property is that both hotel rooms we had were very damp. Even with the AC on, the towels and bedding were damp our entire stay.

The staff were wonderful and the made to order breakfast was amazing! I really, really, did not like the sliding frosted door to the bathroom. Absolutely no privacy at all while on the toilet, completely on display to anyone in the room.

Had to get new room keys twice because they didn’t work. Was expecting the staff to be somewhat apologetic but they seemed indifferent. Lobby wasn’t that good. There was no dresser in the room, only a closet.

I was given a handicapped room but not requested. So the desk was low. The soap dispensers are high. If one was in a wheelchair they could not be reached. Maybe provide some closer to the sink soap for those whom need it.

Comfortable bed with blackout curtains. Love the coffee maker in the lobby that does more than just your basic coffee. Would definitely stay here again even though front desk staff was not very friendly.

Combine that with a very loud room right next to the stairwell, and it was pretty uncomfortable stay!

They held a $100 deposit hold for over 3 weeks on my credit card. No one answered when I made calls to the front desk about the hold.

had a trouble closing the shower door. also, the only one elevator was operating at the time of visit.

We live nearby, but we lost power so we booked a stay here. We are glad we have recommended it to our friends and family and will continue to. Clean, inexpensive out of pocket, good location, friendly staff. No issues.
