Very Clean

Onething that was a little bothersome during our trip was parking. We went during 4th of July weekend to visit friends and returned back to the hotel late. Very close to not getting parking at all with spots blocked off for exterior wall painting. While this affected our stay, I don't forsee it being an actual issue for future guests. This location is also close to the highway which is a plus.

The hotel’s cancellation policy was misleading and confusing. Based on the way it was presented—and the staff’s optimistic assurances—I genuinely believed canceling and receiving a refund was a realistic option. I changed my travel plans because of those assurances, only to find out later that a refund was never actually available. The lack of transparency cost me both time and money. I expected clear communication, but instead I was left feeling misled and disappointed.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and was a decent value. The staff was generally pleasant and responsive. Hotels are surprisingly expensive in the Norwalk / Stamford area so shopping for a deal is critical. At this price point through Expedia breakfast was NOT included, so a hotel that includes breakfast may be a better value. There were wall repairs being done on the 3rd floor so the hall appearance was a little rough. Our room was clean enough but not spotless, and the same could be said for the fitness area. The price point also reflects that overall the hotel is in need of a refresh.

Location and parking. Big lobby that I didn’t need. No bureaus for clothes or hooks to hang wet coats. The rooms were noisy and had no place to sit other than desk chair. I don’t need workout equipment, but I do need a bureau and or hooks to hang up clothes. The in room coffee service is pretty pretty bad

One of the best gyms I have ever had a chance to use in a hotel. Clean rooms, helpful staff will continue to look for even hotel hotels for future travel.

Decent enough and less expensive than the Hilton Gardens. Decent room for one person with a yoga mat. Cool. Broken coffee machine, breakfast service that I paid for in advance was not offered, they shortened their hours with no notice, downstairs lobby toilet absolutely disgusting. This was 2 days. Staff is either overworked or just doesn't care. Yeah, less expensive than the Hilton, but at $300 or so a night, I expect better.

Great spot for us to stop in our travels north. Comfy beds, easy checkin, nice and clean room. Enjoyed the breakfast.

on them. The in room AC fan was noisy but seems like all hotels have that issue. Also blew cold air on the bed. Otherwise nice room clean and comfortable.

location and gym air conditioning unit was unbearably loud

Only problem was that I was not given my driver's license back and didn't realize it till I got home. It has been FedEx'd and I hope to have it back today

-Shower was great -Gym was well equipped although could benefit from having a digital clock with seconds on it -USB port next to bed was not working. Reported it to the front desk twice to different staff and it was never fixed. The outlet on the same fixture sometimes didn't work. Had to jiggle the plug to get power. -Two gel dispensers in shower weren't working; the pump on one was broken. Housekeeping replaced both, but one continued to be clogged and would not dispense soap despite repeated pumping. -No water cups next to water cooler in the exercise room. Reported that twice and still no cups. -Would like to see a safe in the room
