Nice place, breakfast they offer should be free.

The property was great. The room was wonderful. The staff was nice hot coffee in the lobby in the morning which I love also and the location is very convenient for me to Darian.

Service was great and the staff were nice. The only thing I could complain about is the fridge not working but it wasn't the biggest deal. Thank you.

Parking

The hotel is lovely! Big, well-lit parking lot. The gentleman manning the front desk overnight was kind and helpful, even at the late hour we arrived. The room was clean and well-appointed, and we slept really well. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. Room clean and in good condition. Two minor complaints: The AC did not have a low speed so it was off or on full blast. Also, the hallways are long. There were two entrances closer to our room that we could not access, even in daytime with a room key.

I would stay there again, thank you

This hotel need some upkeeping. Old old carpets, hole in my curtains, refrigerator was loud..bed was clean and comfortable. But it needs some TLC or it will just get worse.

Very clean and nice. Little outdoor patios were nice. Parking was great. Front desk was ok, cleaning staff was very nice. Rooms are nice, decent room to unpack in a 2 queen room. Pool is small but nice and not super warm, which was nice to jump in after the hottub. Breakfast was very good and fresh.

Comfortable, clean, the pool and fitness center were awesome, one of the better hotel breakfast buffets I’ve had, would 100% stay here again

With an almost capacity, one elevator was inop as was the ice machine on the 3rd floor. With what they charge these items should always be working

We had a subpar experience. When we checked in the hotel had no wifi. The next morning there was no hot water. The property is understaffed and run down. We won’t be returning.
-
The television and internet went in and out sporadically throughout the stay. And there was NO HOT WATER in the morning for a shower! I was told that it was out for the whole hotel.

There was no hot water,

The bathroom was not clean as I would like it. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed.

We picked this place because it was half-way to our destination, had a pool for the kids, and was pet friendly. The hotel looked like it has seen better days. We arrived in the middle of a heat wave, and their A/C was broken in the lobby, making impossible to hang out at the bar. The staff looked miserable (housekeeping staff was much nicer than front of the house); one of the 2 elevators was broken, and the ice machine had issues. The pool was slimey at the bottom and the water wasn't super clear. The rooms were basic and acceptable, but the soap and shampoo dispensers were not refilled and not working right. There were no glasses in the room, just paper cups. My main issue was that there are nearly no grassy areas to walk the pets outside the hotel. The one tiny corner of grass had an overflowing trash can with bags full of dog refuse on the ground. Clearly had not been cleaned in a while! Overall, to me it seems like a poorly maintained place and not well located along a busy road and non-walkable neighborhood. Will not return.

All staff were very pleasant and helpful, except for the check-in person at the desk on the afternoon on Sat., 4th of July. Granted it was a holiday and people would rather be off and enjoying the family and festivities, but we all have worked holidays and maintained a cordial/pleasant demeanor throughout our work day. The person said to us, "the elevator is that way and you are on the blank floor". No info given on where the parking areas were. The room was great. Hallways and Ice room was worn looking; no vending machines in the room that was marked for such. (We weren't interested anyway, but the sign still said vending.) Would we return, yes.
