Gran Hotel Cantera La plaza

Esta super bonito y comodo este hotel me encanto. Definitely regresaria?

Clean and well priced The tables at the cafe were chipped glass and I suffered and deep cut from on of the edges

The only thing i didnt like was that it needs more plugs in the room. The one in the restroom needs to be changed cause it does not stay i had to constantly push the plug to my flat iron on cause it will disconnect.

The breakfast was delicious and hearty. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The room was spacious and featured a microwave, refrigerator and a nice TV. There is no outdoor signage to indicate there is a hotel there, but that may be a safety feature. Take elevator to 3rd floor. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The staff were very helpful. That day I had driven a horrific road full of potholes and my car was making a noise. I asked for a recommendation for a mechanic, and the young woman at the desk called her father, who showed me the issue, then spoke to my mechanic by phone (in another state) and I was ok'd to continue my trip feeling comfortable that it wasn't a safety issue. What a kindness that was very much appreciated! I couldn't make the T.V. loud enough to hear over the sound of the aircondiitoner. I didn't want to bother the staff, so I just used the closed captioning.

Central & have smart tvs Not all tvs have internet for streaming. The price is always different on booking.com I always get charged regular price when I arrive Since I can’t pay online

The location was ideal for us; banks, restaurants, supermarkets all quite close. The entrance into the lobby was clean and bright, just off an elevator from the parking lot. The rooms were very clean and very quiet, and my son appreciated the smart TV in his room. We both slept well in our respective rooms. I do prefer having windows in a hotel room, and these had none. But I guess that is why it was so very quiet. WiFi was only available in the common areas

We wake up late, so breakfast is not served after 11:00. The location.

Breakfast was good just needed ice for drinks. The most recent night I stayed there the noise in the middle of the night in the hallway.
