The breakfast was horrible

I have in other Marriot hotels and this doesn't reach the expectation of a Marriott hotel, iron board unattached to it's place,mold on corners ot shower room , sheets not as white as real Marriott hotel . breakfast very good cooks really good.c Cleaning and maintenance it's necessary.I can sleep anywhere and is not a complaint, I just helping Marriott to do better . Thank you overall I slept good.

Nothing I didn’t get to stay. They were remodeling it. Yet they could let us beforehand and stop wasting our time and energy The receptionist was no hope she was like oh well sorry you wasted your time.

I liked how quiet it was, I need to rest after a long trip so that was helpful. The front desk was serious the whole didn't even bother to make eye contact or even smile at least once. After check out there was a staff member who asked to tip before leaving.

I reserved one night and where I arrived the Reception they said it's full and we don't have your reservation .

The location and service people door man , cleaning staff and kitchen ladies The front desk guy rude and the AC in the room too loud and working bad.. also the price was not what I expected in booking said that the night was 60 dollars but in reality was 95 dollars or about 1600 pesos that was a surprise for me never have this problem before ..the front desk said that was booking misinformation.. well ..

breakfast was good, staff very rude. the front desk lady took 40 minutes to register and give you the key to the room, she had a line of people to check in and/or check out she did not seem to care.
