Service Need maintenance, there is no ac in the lobby making the open spaces not confortable to be in

The lobby had no air conditioning! Didn't even bother to visit the bar! So hot..

Location was great! The rooms we were assigned were not ready to be used, lights fixtures not working. Door security not working. The first room seemed like it had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was no apologies for their mistakes or room inconvenience.

Air conditioning did not work, and we notified staff twice but did nothing and seemed to brush us off. Room was not very clean and beds were hard and uncomfortable to sleep. Hotel looked run down and no air conditioning in lobby or the rest of hotel.

The air doesn't work in the lobby and I had to wait almost 1 hour to check in. They only had 1 person in the front desk. Our room was dirty. There was feces left in the toilet. There was slimy stuff in the sink. And for 3 people they only provided 2 towels.

Working pool but you can’t bring food or drinks….you have to buy The toilet wouldn’t flush. Kept having to add water. The food is overpriced! Double from other places. Did not eat there. No place to sit outside except pool area where you are required to buy food and drink from hotel.
