Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was really good. Parking was in the back of the building but was easy to access the hotel through the 3rd floor.
-
We asked 4 times if they could change our sheets and never did.
-
Terrible experience it was supposed to be a place for three adults to spend one night while on a work trip and The staff said they overbooked rooms and we’re only able to give us a room with one bed. Consider considering never returning.

Cristina and Roberto were kind, professional, respectful. We enjoyed our stay !
-
Friendliest staff and staff available for all 24 hours of the day.
-
I would give this 5 stars except the window in our room was not soundproof at all so we heard traffic from Lake Street and people loading the dumpsters outside our window at 5:30am. 😔
-
Easy parking, convenient breakfast, great location with a number of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance

The overall experience has been pathetic. We landed at around 11:30 PM in the night and drove all the way to Holiday Inn express and reached there by 12:30 only to realize that it rooms were sold out. Expedia has no clue of what the inventory is in the hotels and are committing to rooms without understanding whether there is availability at the expense of customers. One of the worst experiences I have had with Expedia. I’m gonna put this on social media.

The staff, Chloe and Sandy are very humble and very helpful. We had to come early due to some cancellations and they were kind enough to not only be very supportive or it but went one step ahead to arrange a room for us for our convenience. When there is help like this, it makes travel so much easier. Thank you so much. I’ll be recommending my friends as well. Really love the room, location and everything.

The hotel was perfect for us. From the moment we walked in the staff was super friendly and helpful. Which is nice because the city can feel overwhelming when you first get there. The young lady that checked us in Sunday afternoon and Isreal who was there when we checked out were very professional and genuine. Decent breakfast but we didn’t come to a world class cuisine city like Chicago to eat free breakfast from a hotel so we only had it once. The area had a a random homeless person here or there but it’s not like they are bothering anyone. I never felt unsafe walking the area. It’s a really nice area with lots of people and shops and dinner options. A very famous Chicago Deep Dish pizza place it right down the street. Target and CVS down the street. Just super convenient. We Ubered a bit but it’s a 4 minute walk to the green line train station. Learn to take that. It’s a straight shot into downtown. Super easy. Get off on Washington/wabash and your right next to the Bean, millennium park, and not far from the riverwalk. Parking lot behind the hotel isn’t that tricky. Just keep going up until you see the entrance for the hotel. 7 bucks a day. I traveled with 2 young daughters and we loved all of it. Big city so obviously be careful and aware but we loved it.

The experience is amazing! The staff is especially wonderful and nice.
-
Parking and validation were not clear. Everything else was great.
-
Homeless right out the front door 24/7
-
Great location and clean The air conditioner did not work well and my shower door would not stay closed splashing water all over the floor.
-
Location was convenient. Sometimes the pillow cases didn’t smell good, also the gym was missing a pull-up bar.
-
Rooms seemed nice and the food was great. Staff attitude was very nonchalant but they were helpful.
