The room had a bad odor. There was an insufficient number of towels for two people. No TV Schedule guide, no paper and writing utensils in the room. No door hanger " Do Not Disturb". I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi Guest network on my personal devices. All the staff could do was say Sorry. When issues were brought to their attention. I will not be staying at a Best Western Hotel anytime soon.

The room was good, and when an issue arose with the toilet the staff was prompt, efficient, and super nice.
