Both times, the staff showed my family and me so much compassion, kindness, understanding, and support. I would like to sincerely thank everyone, especially Maria, the new General Manager, Tracy, the assistant manager, and Omar at the front desk. Thank you all so much for being there for us during such a difficult time. Your kindness meant more than words can express. Once again, the hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was excellent, but what stood out the most was the compassion and care you showed us. I truly appreciate it, and I will always be grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The room and property were clean and well maintained. The staff were very courteous and welcomed us every day as we were in and out frequently. Definitely recommend this property if you are staying in the Oakwood area for buisness or personal travel. 5 stars all around..
