The Hotel Rambler Montgomery, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

The hotel is conveniently situated right in the Montgomery Quarters mixed-use development with restaurants and shopping steps away. The bed was comfy, the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Loved it

Property was booked and paid for in advance thru Expedia. After traveling for 4 hrs., I arrive to discover the room was not available. The Assistant Manager explained it was Expedia`s fault and since I had not paid extra for an insurance policy which would guarantee a reservation, I had to take what was available. I called customer service who stated the Hotel Front desk had the ability to correct the problem and give me the room I reserved. I went back to hotel and tried again to get my correct room to no avail. When did it become policy for a hotel to want to charge a customer more to protect against their mistakes? It would appear Hotel Rambler Montgomery, and Expedia, both have no interest in correcting their mistakes and are happy to penalize customers for their mistakes Both want to blame each other for the problem instead of doing what is necessary to make the customer happy. Their are too many hotels around the Cincinnati area that strive for satisfied customers to book rooms with Hotel Rambler while using Expedia. Avoid at all costs Randy, Tennessee.

Rooms were large and clean. Furniture was very cool. Staff were very accommodating and nice. Nice large TVs in the rooms, as well. It was odd that a hotel of this caliber/cost did not have microwaves inside the hotel rooms. You had to walk down the hall to the elevator bank and use a communal microwave that was on a counter. Very strange. I also would have expected better paper products in the bathrooms.

The location was great. Close to where my cousins place is so I could hang out with him.

Room was amazing. They have a parking garage, which makes it great. If it’s raining the staff is very helpful knowledgeable completely accommodating will definitely be staying again.

It was a wonderful stay! The hotel was so beautiful. We had dinner there and it was sooo good.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel was nice. Jeff in the hotel restaurant was very nice and pleasnt good conversation and all around great guy.

Location was definitely a plus. You have everything you need within walking distance Parking should not be a extra fee if you stay in hotel

Unfriendly greeting, no help finding means of parking or carts for luggage “ I can’t do anything about the fact that people take the carts upstairs and don’t bring them back down” without apology. Ridiculously expensive for what I got and while that would be the place I’d stay every time I come home to visit my mother. I will never stay there again.

The girl that checked us in was super rude about not booking directly with the hotel and booking with Hotel.com!

New hotel with a cool,retro vibe that is located in a nice area with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful! Nothing.

Very nice room and the shower was huge. Very modern. The parking garage elevator isn’t actually for the hotel it goes to a different building that was a little confusing at first.
