Best Western Plus Hannaford Inn & Suites

I needed one night to stay, was not the best ones I ever been

Comfortable, clean Hotel. The staff, though helpful, were very reticent. Not many smiles and little conversation!

Absolutely no instructions for waffle-making. Butter was rock hard-cold. Omelet was not even warm enough to melt the cheese. Basically low quality. Breakfast.

Location and fair price Room needs more attention to maintenance and repair to cabinets and sink controls in kitchenette, bedroom was very noisy due to climate control fan in room 212.

Location, price was good. Sink in kitchen is not working conventionally. Hot and cold alves are totally different. Got splashed the first time I used it. Cabinet door is ajar and needs adjusted.

Nothing Everything

The beds are not made every day of our 3 days stay in the hotel. The staff are helpful. The breakfast is sufficient but could still be improved. Overall, our experience was pleasant.

Nice and beds were comfortable Room had damages to fridge bad punch marks and paint removed and behind bed holes form nails previously

It was a very clean hotel it’s a older hotel but it was nice and clean love how the bed room is off to its self with doors to close! Staff was very friendly. High recommend!

Close to attractions! Booked 2 rooms and had to pay 2 100 deposits up front. Just wish I was informed of that.

Aside from these room issues. The front desk and check in area was a total mess.

The pool was terrible and not cleaned at all. There were dead ants all over the floor in our room. We checked in and checked right back out!
