Best Western Plus Hannaford Inn & Suites

Excellent facilities and friendly staff Suites have kitchen, but empty cupboards. No dishes, silverware, pots.

Room was good. Bed comfy. Shower great. Hotel smelled of mildew, including the room. Lots of plug in air fresheners not hiding it...just adding another bad smell. I have mold allergy and was completely congested after being in hotel for an hour. This cleared up a few hours after leaving ... definitely MOLD problem there . Vending machines not stocked..parking lot bad condition. Massive storage containers/ trucks right in front of hotel..

Spacious suite with kitchenette. Excellent shower. Breakfast that changes the hot-dish selection each day of the week. Very nice pool area with lots of lounge chairs, of which some are in the shade. Whole Foods market in the shopping mall across the street. Lack of sidewalks to stroll to nearby cafes and shopping area. So-so coffee. No room service (towels, bed, etc.), even after we requested it after our 2nd night. Very thin toilet paper.

Clean and updated. Comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast.

I don't eat breakfast. Great location for the memorial service I went to. I wasn't able to watch regular TV via Direct TV. All I could get to was either NBC News Daily or ABC News Daily. Hair dryer was hard to find. Room was too cold.

I stay in this place for a week or so, it was nice, especially the one bed suite on the 4th floor. Even it is close to the highway, it was still very quiet! Breakfast is simple and repetitive but many hotels in the US nowadays are pretty much the same. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Chose to stay here for the night due to a power outage. Although the hotel is being partially renovated, it was a fine place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Dirty pool, no towels, horrible smell, no water in workout room, dirty parking lot, dirty grill area. Very nice employees.

Couldn't get that low so I used bathroom (Public) in hall the entire stay. Next red flag I looked through the cabinets and drawers and it was no dishes!!! Call front desk and was told will get me some so I went out for food. Return it was shift change I asked again for dishes and Iwas told dont have any at this time. They had no dishes but advertised they had full kitchen. After second day of spending Excess money eating I went to refrigerator And everything was hot 🔥 I had lost my food in bottom and top nothing had frozen Food gone. I asked for manager and never got to speak to them. I was so disappointed with my stay I checked out a day early I was given an email which I felt was bogus on a piece of torn paper I feel I should have been some type of companion mainly a monetary reimbursement. Disappointing

They gave me a key to a room that had an older gentleman in it when I got up to there.

And the room especially the rug in my assigned room looked unkempt with patches of what looks like hair on the floor.
