location Room smelled like cigarettes, shower had painted chipped, toilet seat was low

Disappointing

They gave me a key to a room that had an older gentleman in it when I got up to there.

And the room especially the rug in my assigned room looked unkempt with patches of what looks like hair on the floor.

Room was very clean and neat; however was smaller than pictured. Perfect for 2 though. Breakfast wasn’t so good but stay was overall great.

Very clean room and lobby.

Loved the king room with full kitchen - it was more like a suite with bedroom totally separate from living area. All was good except for the bed which was extremely soft. We have stayed here before and bed was not an issue. Believe they have been upgrading rooms etc. Mentioned to them that bed mattress needed to be replaced.

Location Not as clean as usual

The room was very spacious and the beds seemed clean. The shower water pressure was great. There were areas of things in disrepair (floor-wall molding in the bathroom damaged or missing that needed replacing, a cracked faceplate on an electrical outlet, waffle maker was broken one morning). The A/C unit in the room worked but so limitedly that it could barely cool the room. The breakfast food was not very good (the bacon especially was like eating paper). The staff I encountered were difficult to understand (spoke limited English or spoke to me in an unknown language, I asked for an extra blanket and was given a sheet). There was sticky residue on one nightstand table and a dirty napkin on the floor just under the front of the couch in our room. But more negative than any of the above, the hotel smelled of marijuana. I expected better from a nearly $300/night stay.

This place was the worst. If this is how Best Westerns are, I will never stay in another. They put us on the floor with renovations being done and the workers were totally shady and loud. We pulled out the sofa bed and it was dirty. The whole place felt off and dirty. The pics are false and misleading. Worst stay ever.

Had to wait at front desk for a while to check out. Other than that, all good

Cleanliness

The staff was very professional and nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was okay, however, the pool was dirty with leaves in it. Also, no towels available at the pool sight. There was a mildew smell in the carpet in the room and also in the hallway area had an awful odor.

We canceled our stay. We stayed 7 minutes. We asked for our money back and now the hotel is not answering Expedia calls. I asked them directly and told me I apid expedia but actually expedia sent money days before arrival. The hall ways smelled like strong chemicals and the room too. When you get off the elevator furitire is piled up. I want my money back for not staying here.
