The property wa s clean and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was not advertised in the online information, and the kitchen was not equipped.

Friendly and helpful associat at from desk. Made my check-in quick,easy,and comfortable. Let me know all details that were essential for a smooth day while going in and out of the building often. Room was a great amount of space, but kind of lackluster. Had more than eveough of the space, and living commitments for 2 - 4 people. Just seemed like a room that had even better potential that got forgotten or needs to be updated, meaning deco, color, furniture layout. (Kinda very outdated , but seemed to be in fine conditionfrom the things i saw)

We did not know until we were there that there was no elevator. I asked if we could have a room on a lower floor them 3rd. My girlfriend that came with me has mobility issues and uses a walker. The helpful person behind the desk offered to try to get us closer to the second floor. We accepted but she needed a supervisor to approve it. When I asked if elevators were supposed to be an ADA requirement he immediately said he could refund my purchase and cancel the room. This would leave us without a place to stay at last minute after having run around Cincinnati and needing a rest. I said we would take it what they have but then he gave us a different room on the second floor then the person originally told me. I saw a weird look in her eye and for some reason the room we got happened to be the one directly under the stairwell of which people were going up and down loudly all night long.

Good I would stay again.

Decently clean room, we were at first told they didn't have bottles of shampoo that they kept for showers and then less then 5 minutes later an employee knocked on the door and gave us a few so that a little confusing. The staff were pretty nice, just seemed a little confused

The room itself had trash on the floor, in the fridge, and under the cabinets. The bathroom was not clean and there were large stains on the linen. When calling the front desk for assistance, no one answered and none of our calls were returned. When going to the desk seeking assistance often times there was no attendant or there was an attendant, but they had a small baby they were watching. So that made it difficult for that specific staff member to fulfill their duties. This property is not at all worth the price. If you have the option of another stay, please choose accordingly.

I like them location was good friendly style room was comfortable and I like the the kitchen and the island in the refrigerator made it feel more like home It didn't have a elevator I just had knee surgery and I was on the third floor so it was a lot of steps and the bathroom toilet was too close to the sink and the toilet paper holder was broken

i would have rated this hotel excellent except for the gun shots outside our room in the middle of the night. we could not tell if they came from outside in parking lot or closer. But there was no one running in halls yelling so im guessing outside. its in a good neighborhood and i guess they cant control all the people outside. we had a clean room nice staff, and excellent parking. i didn't like that there was always a man sitting on the steps at the door we had to go around, but make be he was keeping certain people out

The staff was very nice and helpful but the property was not the best. The bed was very uncomfortable with flat pillows, the floors were very slippery , the roll around chairs were dirty , and nobody ever came to clean or result towels and etc .

The room was clean enough but the maintenance of the property is TERRIBLE.

The breakfast that we payed for. That was not a breakfast. My husband is diabetic and you only offered granola bars and muffins which he could not eat any of. That was terrible. He had to go and purchase food so he could take his insulin shot early.
