Best Western Ocala Park Centre

Clean environment and close to shopping centers and restaurants.

I liked my room location. It was nice and located right next to the elevator and Ice machines. Breakfast food was excellent. All staff were courteous. Overall 5 stars all around.

Our first room stunk of weed. Because there is a $100 deposit and an additional charge for smoking in the non-smoking room I went straight to the front desk. I was asked if I wanted to change rooms or just have them make note it smelled of smoke. This should've not been a question.

The smell of the room was not the best.

The two front desk employees named Dennis and Terry were very professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty nice and had a few different options for a quick meal including making fresh waffles. The Cracker Barrel store and restaurant was located next door to the hotel, so it was very convenient for a quick meal. The outdoor pool looked very nice although I didn't get a chance to enjoy it as our stay was only for one night. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean but very damp. The shower curtain in the bathroom did not extend past the edge of the tub so water sprayed all over the bathroom floor when showering. I contacted the front desk and they said they were aware of the issue already and that the wrong size had been purchased for the property. They were apologetic but had no solution other than putting extra towels on the floor. Breakfast was good.

Love it! Very quiet and family oriented

I enjoyed the pool and free breakfast! The food was better than most hotels that offer free breakfast. Try he bed was awesome too!

The. Breakfast area was in he back and felt a.bit messy

Great room, great pool and great breakfast. Cleaning of rooms was on a 4 day rotation which was different. All in all, good stay.

Front desk staff had a very nasty attitude as if she owned the place. I have stayed here over one dozen times and never had a problem and now they got a new overnight staff member with a nasty ghetto attitude. I will not only stay at this location. I will never stay at best Western again.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Room was very humid. AC normally eradicates humidity, but not in this room. Something must have been wrong with the AC. All in all, a good stay.

Everything was very nice but AC struggled a little and room snarled a little musty but not awful. Everything clean, breakfast good, location super convenient and staff friendly.

This is always my go to when I wanna get away from work , life , and in general I always stay at best western the staff is always friendly , rooms are always clean , breakfast is great , the breakfast staff are wonderful everyone is always checking on you asking is everything okay do you need anything ? And it’s always cold and quiet my stay 💕
