Holiday Inn & Suites Ocala Conference Center by IHG

Picked this property because it had a restaurant. I wanted a good breakfast in the morning because I work long hours until early in the am. Coffee maker did not work in my room. Went down, not breakfast, staff issue. Asked desk person is there coffee, no person here to make it. How about a new coffee maker? Nope, house keepers nor maintenance not onsite. Had to walk to hotel next door and beg them for a cup of coffee. Premium pricing, premium property, lousy service, not helpful. Not even a water station in the lobby. The Days inn has coffee 24/7...

The tvs went out multiple times as well as the fridge. The pool was dirty and closed.... having 2 kids who got in their swim suits and all the way down to be turned away.. not good.

Good location, clean room.

Breakfast was good, Christina in the bar makes an amazing Long Island ice tea. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Patricia in housekeeping is delightful! Pool area was dirty, furniture on the pool deck is outdated

We had a very sudden loss of a friend of 50 years while we were at dinner with family and got the news very late in the evening, the staff allowed us to have a late checkout to make calls and assist with notifying other families and friends without trying to do this in a public area or while driving. 1.The carpet on the main floor is very lumpy and loose everywhere. 2. Rooms on the left front side of the second floor require you to walk all the way around from the only elevator on the opposite end to get your luggage as the second floor has stairs on the front side of the building going down to the lobby

It is a beautiful hotel especially for the price

Second time here. Close to everything like food and shopping. Love the ambiance/atmosphere. Will definitely be back again. It’s our new go to in our way to go to a cruise or when we go visit family

This was such a treat! We stayed her as we passed through Ocala and we wished we could stay longer. Beds were super comfy. Very nice to have actual separate rooms - bedroom and pull out couch. We enjoyed our stay!

The rooms were clean. But you can tell that the hotel isn't older hotel. The beds were very hard and bumpy. Besides that everything else was fine. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Made this booking because of the pool and jacuzzi pictured the pool area looed nothing like the pictures no jacuzzi and when I asked for my money back I got the run around and was lied to this is awful and totally fraudulent . false advertising I came to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi not as pictured at all looked like a crime scene. The couch had slashes in as if a fight happened
