This place is in serious need of updating. From the carpeting to the furniture - it was all a mess. Furniture falling apart and the decor looked like it was last update in 1984. Called and asked for 3 extra blankets for my kids and housekeeping showed up with one and said they had no more. Um, okayyy. Will not stay here again.

Hotel is really dated which is a shame because it has great potential. Beds are comfy and water pressure is awesome even though the bath fixtures are from 1986. Furniture in rooms and suites is torn, stained and very old. The TVs are 20+ years old and mine didn’t have any sound. Carpets are filthy, walls and ceilings are stained. My mini fridge was warm the last two stays. Most recently it was warm and mildewed. The staff is friendly however. The Express location next door is much nicer but does not have real suites. This place needs to step up its game.

The pool was not able to be used and I seen 2 roaches in my room. The prices of the restaurant was overpriced

The manager on duty was exceptionally kind and helpful. I wasn’t feeling well at all when I arrived, and when I asked if it might be possible to check in a little early, she was very accommodating. Greatly appreciated.
