Place was great! A few minor upgrades needed. There was mold on ceiling on bathroom, spotlight flickering in bathroom. TV cable need repairs but maintenance came righ away and fixed it. Other than that really enjoyed my stay I will stay again in near future.

The hotel stay was unclean; the rooms had a smell. The blinds were destroyed. Not a good look for the hotel. I just wouldn't recommend this hotel to stay here, to say. I gave it a three out of 10.

Room is not as advertised. Very outdated. I think they give the bad rooms to people who use third party sites.

Beautiful hotel and clean and welcoming! Differently would pick this property and everything is close and Kid friendly.

Stayed one night. Had to get maintenance to come fix (nothing major) the tv for us, and they arrived in about 3 minutes. We will stay here again.

Very beautiful clean look to the place! Room was clean... this is the second Holiday in booked this past trip and extremely happy the Holiday locations were perfect both Tallahassee and Ocala. I have not stayed in a Holiday Inn for so long...but last experience with the Mariott Program in Ft Lauderdale was awful so we thought "let's try Holiday Inn". THANKS, we will be back to Holiday Inn again!

Picked this property because it had a restaurant. I wanted a good breakfast in the morning because I work long hours until early in the am. Coffee maker did not work in my room. Went down, not breakfast, staff issue. Asked desk person is there coffee, no person here to make it. How about a new coffee maker? Nope, house keepers nor maintenance not onsite. Had to walk to hotel next door and beg them for a cup of coffee. Premium pricing, premium property, lousy service, not helpful. Not even a water station in the lobby. The Days inn has coffee 24/7...

The tvs went out multiple times as well as the fridge. The pool was dirty and closed.... having 2 kids who got in their swim suits and all the way down to be turned away.. not good.
