We have previously stayed at this property and found it to be acceptable with relatively large and well appointed rooms. This time felt a little different. Sometimes you can feel a little bit of neglect. The room we checked into showed a bit of age and some updating should be done "around the edges"...bathroom, etc. Lighting is a little inadequate, as well. We checked into a room with a TV that was not working. We notified the gentleman at the desk who was helpful but it was apparent that he was the only person on duty at the time (checked in around 4 in the afternoon). He had to ask a new guest to wait while he went up and helped us into the room next door where everything seemed to be in working order. Management, take note that we appreciated his support but were a little bewildered that a property of that size and affiliation (Marriott) would be considered adequately staffed with only one person on duty. Overall it was fine, but just OK and seemed to have slipped since our previous stay. Didn't hang for breakfast the next day as we had to leave early.

When I got there I told them I was only staying 4 nights ! They said I reserved with Expedia and they couldn’t help me . I couldn’t get ahold of Expedia until the following week and was told nI would be charged anyway ! So much for using Expedia !

Excellent. I was stay with my 2 daughters. We had a Graduation Celebration in WEC. Very close. We go on Uber. The Staff very friendly. The most of all the Breakfast. A full continental breakfast. Love it!

Breakfast was typical, processed foods don’t impress us. Coffee was very good! Breakfast, again looks like most hotels get their foods from the same company… Bland and Boring ?….

We stayed one night in order to go to The Canyons for horseback riding and zip lining. It was just a short drive. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely friendly and professional. Immediately after check in we use the heated indoor pool which was absolutely marvelous after a day of horseback riding. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was very soft. The best part as a female, was the bathroom! The mirrors were spectacular! They were lit up with LED and one of them was a slight magnification making it very easy to do my hair and makeup which I greatly appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful... The only feedback I have, is it would be nice to have a working fan in the bathroom. After taking a shower it was quite hot and steamy in the bathroom. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.
