The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful! Even though the property was undergoing renovation it was still quiet and clean. The breakfast was very very good!! I highly recommend this hotel for value and comfort!! We loved the staff!!! They were great!! We loved everything about this hotel! Especially the staff and the breakfast!

The room stinks is no parking they doing construction from the last year every time I go to that place is getting worse

The only positive thing of this hotel was the location, meaning it was near to the highway, and, since we were travelling that was convenient First, we arrived near 11:50 pm and there was no one at the lobby. We waited for more than 10 minutes, called by phone, and no one answered, the lobby was unattended. Finally, a leady appeared, who seemed asleep, and was not even able to apologize. In the morning, around 8 am, at check out, there was no one at the lobby either. Regarding the room, it was smelly, and our sensation when getting into bed was that the sheets were damp, hot dry...

Nice clean room

Nice hotel ....was under renovation but I would stay at fairfield over embassy suites any day. Embassy suites charges you extra for absolutely nothing extra.

It was great

Good location. Enjoyed the breakfast. Limited parking due to renovations. Storage containers taking up too many parking spaces. Also was unable to get change for a twenty dollar bill at the desk. The night auditor on Saturday said he did not have access to cash.

Enjoyed some of the room details like sound machine and well designed shower. Breakfast was excellent, probably the best complementary hotel breakfast we’ve had in a while

Location was perfect and morning breakfast was delicious I like everything

AC was loud and our room too is close to the high way and we can hear loud cars and trucks too so we were not able to sleep well during our stay

Only complaints are that there is no daily room service, meaning no fresh towels, and the room smelled moldy, I was only there for 2 nights so I just tuffed it out.

Close to attractions , restaurants, stores and events we intend to attend.

The hotel’s location is ideal, but there are a few things to keep in mind before booking so you can avoid some of the issues we had. First, the walls are paper thin. We could hear the guests in the next room snoring and their TV on. Second, the carpet was very dirty with a wet smell that we only tolerated because we stayed 1 night. Third, outside car noise goes through the walls, as if you can hear it very close. Cars with loud music were playing in the parking lot for a bit, too. Fourth, remodeling was happening during my stay. We are unsure if it was due to remodeling, but they had something electrical going on, which caused a loud vibrating noise all night and afternoon. Lastly, breakfast was mediocre, with their waffle machine having issues. The price of this hotel was high, close to $200 for ONE NIGHT. To us, that is crazy. We have to travel to Marion County for business every now and then. We will choose another hotel next time, even if it costs me a bit more. Those were our issues. Book at your own risk. Perhaps you will have a pleasant experience.
