My stay at the Hilton in Ocala was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the gorgeous view from my room—it made my stay feel peaceful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again.

Quality hotel. A little older but well-maintained. The room had plenty of space and comfortable. Front desk staff was personable and cared for my stay. I recommend and will stay here again.

The breakfast was amazing! There was everything that one could ask for. It was perfectly presented. Perhaps a couple more luggage carts could be made available at the front entrance.

The purpose of a hotel is to provide comfortable bed, good shower, and amenities. This hotel provided non of that. The bed wasn’t comfortable, water in the shower has no pressure, and after a long day we came to our room that wasn’t cleaned and all amenities were missing. Might as well stop in a rest area and sleep in our car

We found it unusual that when we returned to the room at the end of the day, the bed was not made but the staff left some towels and that’s all.

When I checked in I was told I had a $30 credit to use at the bar or resturant. I ate at the bar 3 nights and was rather shocked at checkout when I was told I didn't get the credit because I booked through Expedia.

Restaurant staff was very professional and even though we arrived at 9:15 we were able to order dinner. The carbonara pasta was excellent! Breakfast is not complimentary - that would be a plus if it were. Coffee in the lobby was ok but not as good as it could be and the water for the tea was not very hot.

Did not like the ceasor salad, chicken was dry and the lettuce was cut to the core , could not finish it and the lady in the elevator asked what I had she said she was not happy with it as well. Hotel clean, staff pleasant/ the breakfast was not explained as when I checked in and the TV did not work.
