Great clean place to stay

The hotel was clean and lovely, but I have to give the reservation desk a special shout out. The entire reservation system went down just before I arrived and was down for several hours. The agents had to go old school with paper and pen to get us checked in, and they handled what could have been a horrible situation with grace and humor.

Location was a quick easy in and out from the interstate. Fast check in.

The rooms were old and run down and not as clean. There was a doggy treat on the carpet and if the hotel is pet friendly they should've checked with us if we have allergies and reserve rooms without pets for people with sensitivities. Beds were uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly and the pool and jacuzzi were nice and clean and good size. Parking lot was convenient.

I absolutely loved this hotel!! I would most definetly stay there again!! Freindly staff and beautiful grounds and nice pool.

We've stayed at this Hilton for decades and never had a problem until this time. I didn't notice when I booked this time that they charge for parking now. I was flummoxed when I checked in and they gave me a parking tag, then I found out that they now charge $10 per night to park. I can't imagine that somebody thought it was a good idea to make your guests feel swindled. They should just include it in the room price! I'm so sick and tired of being charged extra fees every where I go. I thought Hilton would have more integrity.

I didn’t expect a $10. Fee just to park in the parking lot. The least they could have done was tell me that I would get an additional charge on a separate invoice after checking out. It was very disappointing & very unprofessional. Why be sneaky about it, just put it up front & notify the guest. Very unprofessional!!

I loved the hot tub and pool, downstairs was beautiful but two times I went to the desk and no one was there had to wait a while not a big deal. The big issue I had was my friends blanket had a dried old blood stain on the blanket not from him. Also check out is at 12pm but housekeeping came at 10 knocked and woke me up, I said someone's in here and they opened the door then my friend had to tell them to get out. Property is beautiful though, great amenities, loved the lemon water. Someone coming in after I said were in here at 10 am made me uncomfortable though.

It would be nice to have ceiling fans.

Hilton franchises are typically classical establishments. They've been around awhile so new age decor isn't an expectation. This location was clean, staff friendly (the maintenance guy was very helpful). The room was comfortable, amenities (pool area, gym, bar, and restaurant) were also nice.

Love the location of this Hilton. It has à.great bar and Happy Hour. The room was very nice and clean. I have stayed at this Hilton for years

This is the third time we have stayed at this Hilton when traveling between Alabama and Florida and it is beautiful and the staff is amazing! Such a great overnight stop.
