Customer service & staff are tops. Location of the hotel is directly off the interstate & close proximity to the area restaurants. The hotel furniture in the room was dated & shows a little;; nevertheless the room is super clean, beds are clean & comfortable.The AC definitely works. The bathroom water is hot and good pressure. I have stayed before & will again. Because the hotel is older &its maintained & customer service is beyond my expectations.

Room was clean but walls were so thin I was up all night from noise. Tv kept cutting out and freezing so couldn't really use that. I also don't agree with paying extra to park. For one night it was fine but will probably not choose this hotel again.

Parking is for $10 per day No microwave in the room Don’t find this very family, friendly or economically friendly.. Will try somewhere else next time

Great location. Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Room had not been dusted in a while. It was a bit outdated.. We couldn’t believe we had to pay extra for parking. We were shocked if we would have drank the water there would have been an extra charge. Ice bucket was nasty. Over all it was very overpriced for what we expected.

It was in a good location off the interstate, it was clean, felt luxurious. The bed was soft and cozy. It helped to have a good nights rest after difficult travel conditions. N/A

My stay at the Hilton in Ocala was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the gorgeous view from my room—it made my stay feel peaceful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again.
