Fire alarm was hanging off the wall resting on top of the lamp. The bathroom light fixture cover fell off when the door was closed. A roach crawl across my daughter’s foot in the lobby. We left with out staying.

The bath tub was not clean enough, the bathroom door was partly broken, and worst of all- the bed sheets smelled so bad. All in all, the room was not properly prepared. My wife and I will not be staying here again.

It was awful. Absolutely horrible. I checked out a day early. The AC unit broke and leaked water all over the floor. The lights were broken and did not stay on. They flickered at the wall switch. There were homeless people by the back dumpster. The person in line behind me was reporting roaches in his bathtub and a broken remote control. The property was run down. The walls were thin. You could hear someone on their phone 10 rooms down the hall. It did not feel safe at all. The elevator had missing buttons on the control panel. The hotel needs to be inspected for safety code violations. They also accepted cash on the premises for a security deposit which invites criminal activity. There were cigarette butts littered by the front entrance. The parking lot smelled of weed. The rooms and curtains had a smoke-filled odor. The showers were rusted. The faucets were cracked. The door knobs were not securely affixed to the doors. The entire experience start to finish was a disaster. I do not recommend this place - even on a deal or special rate.

The location was close to a lot of restaurants and shops We found cockroaches in the room. They accommodated us by making a room change, but the second room was in desperate need of a remodel. Rust all over the bathtub, the caulking in bathroom coming apart, the room smelled moldy.

It was clean quiet and safe I was traveling for work and was comfortable safe and impressed the bed was comfortable I slept well after a long 10 hour day breakfast was great pool beautiful I will stay again

I would definitely stay again and recommend you to as well it was safe clean and quiet as a single woman traveling for work I was very impressed and comfortable

Location First room ac broken, second room sink stopped up, one bed had stained sheets.

The staff is very welcoming and very helpful. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The refrigerator wasn’t working.

Outside and lobby was nice. Our room needed to be renovated! If all rooms were like ours, then all the rooms need remodeling. The bed on one side made a clacking noise and kept collapsing when you sat on the side. Had to sleep in the middle of the bed. Mattress needed replaced years ago. A/C unit was noisy, sounded like a jet plane. We got in late and already unpacked and had showered when we realized the issue with the bed, otherwise we would have requested another room. It's a 4 story hotel and there was only ONE luggage cart!! Your hands smelt after touching it. We skipped breakfast as eggs looked over cooked and food didn't look appealing. We checked out and had breakfast at a restaurant. Would NOT recommend !!

The humidity in the room was terrible; by morning, all our clothes, bedding were damp, and the floor was wet and slippery. A/C was so noisy.

This property was ok. We just needed to get some rest. The property needs a lot of updating including the elevator. The smell and it takes forever for this thing to move. The bathroom is outdated and no dispensers. Just a bar of soap (sealed) and a tube of shampoo and conditioner. We tried to make coffee in the room but all we had was decaf. So we went downstairs. The Lady running the breakfast was very personable, and she was great. Knowing the crowd before us took everything to eat. She had no problem refilling and even got me yogurts. The front desk was quite accommodating. The first room was a no go. The air conditioner was not working, either was the microwave. They replaced the microwave but it still didn’t work. We asked for a different room. So again I had to pack up and move. The air worked in the other room, but the microwave, even though it was working the side panel as you can see was coming off. I found out it was dangerous to use. And the glass inside the microwave was missing. So if your looking for a place to rest your head, it’s inexpensive and than you’ve found your place

Stuffiness of the rooms cause spouse to sneeze all night .

Hotel rooms was a little stuffy bad for people with allergies. Rooms can be dust a little bit more. But overall people were nice staff was great too. Stuffiness of the rooms cause spouse to sneeze all night .

I did not like I foung a few hairs on my sheets
