Pool was not clean at that time. Water looked clean just had lots of leaves and worms inside pool.

Booked the room for my travelling project super. He was very impressed with the room. He travels alot and is rarely impressed... The room was clean. the staff was helpful. Free brekfast is always nice.

Felt immediately welcomed by Beatriz at the counter. I'd booked a handicap accessible room which was the most thought out design I've ever encountered. Shower had easy controls, at least 4 grab bars and a slide-seat for the low-profile bathtub. The room was immediately outside the elevator doors, saving a painful walk down the hallway. Excellent breakfast. Enjoyable conversation at checkout with general manager Craig Corn.
