Wonderful staff. Hotel room was humid, cold, and had roaches. It was late, I needed to sleep.

Did not work very well notified front desk they claimed to fix it however was not cooler after they claimed to fix problem.Also hair dryer was broken .My roommate went to front desk she was handed a new one ,however we had no tools to install hair dryer.

However, the staff was very very nice. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone if they’re looking for a clean property. The property is old a bit rundown and needs major improvements.

The complex is well maintained as well as the rooms. Nicer than the average hotel. They only need to fumigate any and all rooms that have had pets in them.

I spent 2 nts. there. The first nt. I was in room 225 AKA = The room from hell=musty smell, mildew on window shade, hair on sheets and pillowcases, noisy AC and fan in the bathroom... The next day, a wonderful employee, ZAHRA, switched my room. Oh----wow--what a difference!! Much nicer room with no issues. Breakfast is limited.

We were only there sat to Sunday but we had a great experience. Front desk person could be a little more helpful and approachable. She was not very nice. Extremely unpleasant. She didn’tseem well. She had an oxygen tank, which wasn’t the problem. Her attitude was. Everyone else was great.

Upon arrival met by lady who was bothered I was there. Checked me in gave me a key. I went to the room and it was flooded by a leaky window. Went back to desk and advised - no apologies for the inconvenience just handed me another key. Went to that room and ac had leaked all over the floor. I just threw their towels on the floor and stayed there. Holes in the floor planking in bathroom. Overall need to scrape the whole place and start over. Pretty good location. Won’t be seeing me again

I thought the rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thought that there was decent breakfast options.

This was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST Microtel I have ever stayed in…. This is a place for Crackheads and homeless people. Couldn’t go outside without smelling weed being smoked. People in the pool at all hours of the night, while others are trying to sleep. The room looked like something you would get at a $40 a night hotel, soda machines didn’t work, and they have the nerve to charge a $50 deposit for that dump. They should be paying people to stay there. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE……..
