Unable to get hot water to shower

It was quiet and secure Room ac was not up to my standards it was very hot. Bathroom needs work would help to have protection in the bathtub almost slipped several times

Comfy bed. Fridge and microwave were good Turned on the a/c and a huge odor of cigarette smoke comes through. Parking was bad with how it is designed. Your car can easily get boxed in. I paid for 4 nights, but only stayed 1 night. I was assured that I would get an email confirmation about my canceling as well as a refund. Neither of those happened and it's coming up on 2 weeks now. Booking.com tried to help me but have yet to get a response from this hotel. I called the hotel and they say that it was taken care of and blame Booking.com! Very poor communication it seems.

The room was clean, and the bed was soft. The problem I had was in the shower, it was nice and hot with good pressure, but it was super small. And the “soap and shampoo” took up a good portion the the wall. Most hotel/motels have it I. The back wall opposite of the shower head, I hit my elbow ever shower because there was not enough room.

This motel is clearly under new ownership. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. First, great concept with the doors and giving a passcode instead of keys or cards. But at least make it work. I couldnt get in to start then called to get help. They resent another code. We tried this and got in. When we practiced it before we went to dinner, door acted up again and we couldnt leave. Then the wifi didnt work. Even the owners couldnt get it connected. I guess turning on the tv and seeing a disruption in service should have indicated the same for the internet. The shower barely worked for me. I found a lot of roaches on a desk they have by the bathroom. Its a shame the old owners are gone!!!!

The on line person took really good pictures... Not as advertised doesn't cover it.

The bed smelled awful, was in poor condition, the bathroom was filthy, there were stains everywhere, and the AC wasn't working properly. The door didn't close properly, so security is very poor. I rented it for two nights but didn't even stay there for 15 minutes—I had to find somewhere else to stay.

The photos do not reflect the actual motel. No staff present. Welcome mat had cigarette butts. We walked through a cloud of marijuana smoke. Did not stay here. Did not seem safe

No supplies for kitchen, seems like room is not serviced during stay. Set up more for efficiency type stays.

The bathroom was very clean with all the needed amenities. The kitchen area was appropriate.

It was clean and cheap. No working TV or Microwave.

I was charged could not check in and property owner did bat answer call after we had spoken earlier that day

It was a beautiful stay! The kitchen was great the air conditioning was cold and there was plenty of stores nearby! Thank you for everything that you've done Ocala cove.

The tv worked and I could watch the Olympics. Felt unsafe. Very run down and unclean. Roaches in bathroom. Smelled awful. Could hear people in other rooms all night. I was worried my car was going to get broken into.

Waited for someone to come to office trying to check in, 10 minutes and nobody showed, ended up getting another hotey

What I like bout the room is how they are always willing to fix anything that breaks or haves a problem. It haves a sink, cabinets, & and cooker . What I didn’t like bout it was the floors , the floors could be better but its quiet

It was small and quaint and clean there was a car hauler parked on the side of the property that was broke with a flat tire directly where I had to back out of and i had to watch closely not to hit it

Location was convenient. Found bugs in my room. Next door visitors pounded on our door in the middle of the night. Door was not able to be properly locked.
