The place is old hence the name 'Shamrock Historic Inn" but maintained well. Everything worked and for the price, a great location, ie downtown.

Great little place, bed was great, my only issue is the quality of the towels and shampoo and soaps. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

The nightstand and floor had some sticky substance on them that I can only assume was dried soda. The bed frame was not put together properly and kept falling apart. My husband had to pick up the mattress and put the slats back into the frame multiple times. This was just from simply sitting on the bed. Staff was nice. However, due to multiple issues I would book elsewhere next time.

The reason I left the reviews as I did was based on cost of the state. Rooms are small and mine did not have a chair. Staff was very helpful when it turned out someone had set the TV or gaming and some cables have been switched on the back. This is old school motel where I have been before and for what I’m doing if it’s perfectly especially cost for $57.50 for single with queen size bed.

This was a very clean family owned motel. You can tell they take pride in not only the room appearance but also making it comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful. It was also nice being walking distance to a downtown area. This was definitely one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in.

The staff was super friendly. Room was nice and clean but it is a very old property. It is on a main road so somewhat noisy the first part of the night. Complimentary snacks and water but no coffee.
