Beds pillows and mattress were heavenly

Overall the property was nice and the staff pleasant. The reason for the four stars is that the noise from inside the hotel and outside is very loud and nowhere is that advertised. They provide earplugs, but for light sleepers this is a big problem.

Great location to city center square, restaurants, staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location. We could not eat the breakfast because the lady that checked us in told us it was not available for our reservation but we in fact paid to have breakfast included. At the end we decided to just go out for breakfast.

The entertainment, the roof top experience overlooking the city. Roach in the room and the carpet looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile . There were bits of peanuts coverings and other food dropping on the carpet. The cost too park is just too costly. We are paying to stay at that hotel. The guest should not have to pay for that convenience .

Hotel staff was very friendly area is great. But room was smelly hallway was smelly.

They said I got an upgrade when they took away my balcony and gave two beds instead of one.

location The Ac was making so much noise that we couldn’t sleep. Outrageous ! Strong smell of humidity in the room.

Read some of the negative reviews about loud music and yes there were earplugs on the nightstand. We didn’t need them Labor Day weekend. Street noise but nothing out of the ordinary. The hotel was very clean as well as the room. We stayed in a balcony king on the 4th floor facing the square. There appeared to be an issue with water on the other balconies and the roofing seemed to be sagging. The hotel parking lot is $24/day. The garage across the street is $14. The hotel had only one disabled parking space and it was never vacant; I think one of the employees parked there. The hotel is in a great location , walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops and I will stay again.

I had to pay for parking, whenever I leave the hotel on my return there is no where to park I lose the parking I payed for, hence I had to find another place that offers payed parking again, then walk all the way back to the hotel, which cause me to fall down on the road because I have knee problems, the hotel only has 1 handicap parking that was always occupied, I had other friends who wanted to book but they didn't like the parking arrangements.

Perfect location you can walk all around good restaurants and shops at downtown

Location was ok, no breakfast I could not locate the hotel, no name was visible unless you looked up to the second floor where the name was in the wall. When I called to get directions, the lady who answer plainly said "well, just find it". Quite rude....
