Property was extremely loud, couldn’t sleep. They actually left headphones on the nightstands. You had to pay for parking which was across the street. A bottle of water was not free, it was three dollars. And the worst part was they had a beautiful patio, but you weren’t allowed to sit out there in the morning. Staff was extremely rude.

The rooftop terrace was the highlight of this hotel. Good food, drinks, and live music! Restaurant only open for breakfast until 10 AM. And dinner after 5 PM. Nothing in between. Very clean hotel. Very soft pillows. Very nice staff. No pool. Would stay again for the location & downtown vibe.

Cute stay downtown Ocala. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our only issue was the noise from the street below our room. Nothing the hotel can do about that but they did give us ear plugs in the room if we wanted to use them.

Very clean room. I had a business meeting in the area and the staff went out of their way to help me find the location. Enjoyed my stay and felt very safe.

Check in was fast and easy and the staff was very pleasant The bar closed at @ 9 pm even though it was very busy and they had to turn away some customers. The breakfast was excellent very high end with reasonable prices.

Walk out the front door to city square. Close to restaurants and bars.

The location is amazing. The only thing that I will say that would’ve made the stay even more better if the terrorist was open earlier and it need a pool that this is someone from South Florida that’s used to warm and beaches and pools overall, I will stay again if I come back through Ocala.

Great location right in downtown Ocala. Close to everything. The rooftop bar is lovely with a great view. The room is fine.

Loud, have to use ear plugs to sleep

Awful stay for all 3 rooms. We had to pay $25 for parking, and then we all thought it was odd that the rooms had ear plugs on the nightstand. There was jack hammering ALL NIGHT and we barely slept, that side of the hotel facing the roadwork should not have been allocated to guests. Leaving ear plugs on hotel guests nightstands is not an adequate solution.

The place is nice and well-located. The staff was okay, but what really needs improvement is the noise level. The rooms near the bar should have a soundproofing system, as there is live music played at an excessively high volume, making it impossible to sleep. You can also hear traffic noise and even people talking on the street (at night, of course). I wish I had known this before booking.

Location was great! Never a fan of paid parking AND breakfast! Facility was clean. The rooftop bar and restaurant was nice! I would recommend this place!

Very nice location and overall

Late kitchen hours, vast menu, excellent wine list (Camus and Silver Oak!) plus live music were all pleasant surprises for a Hilton Garden Inn. Ivette at check in was delightful.

Great location!

Great place, but noisy condenser units next to balcony was a bit annoying. Rear entrance should be dressed up a bit with plants and benches or a few tables and chairs.
