Horrible experience the place is jn a terrible neighborhood we got there at 2am and some dudes with a mask tried to break into our room and we had to call the police it was just a terrible experience

Bathroom shower door railing was broken and water ran onto floor around toilet. No bathroom soap or shower items or floor mat. No instructions on how tv worked.

Our first room the air conditioner was broken, we requested a new room and that new room was dirty, the bathtub had whoever was in there before’s left over foot prints and who knows what else. The breakfast is a joke. Be prepared for old fruit, broken eggs in the fridge with empty milk cartons. The only saving grace was the waffle maker, but most mornings they were out of batter. When we asked for new milk, yogurt, or waffle batter we were told they were out, this occurred all three days we were there. We even made a point of getting to breakfast early hoping it would be different. We slept in our clothes on top of the covers because there were no mattress protectors. Every night there were groups of men outside drinking beer in the parking lots. 0/10 do not recommend.

Contrary to belief, this place is great! I've been here almost 1 month. I've never once had any issue. No loud music, no people hanging around in the parking lot, no people of questionable character. No "traffic", no illegal activity. Your car is safe even sun the windows wide open. Staff is very kind and accommodating. Rooms are clean. Towels and sheets are bright white, not dingy. They are in the middle of renovations and renovated rooms are elegant!! The pool is soon to be non existent, would have been nice during these hot days. The laundry appliances sometimes go out of whack. But in LA Quinta's defense, they don't belong to LA Quinta, they are provided by a 3rd party.
