they’re remodeling. mess

Rooms were nice despite them being remodeled, the elevator at the second floor did not have access do to the buttons not working so we had to use the stairs which was not nice as I have bad knees. The hallways were a mess from the remodeling.

Was being remodeled and a mess in the hallways. The elevator only went up, you hand to use the stairs to come back down. Rooms were ok

Staff was polite. The hotel is a construction zone. Flooring filled with paint and construction materials, elevator did not work from second floor, no air conditioning in hall way, window were open, missing Base boards and moldings. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Easy access from the highway. The breakfast was not considered continental. Very limited and few selections. The elevator was not working properly. We were on the 3rd floor and had to take the stairs if we needed to go down, or call the front desk to have them send it up to us.

The property was under renovation without notice to us, the rooms were left open and nasty. Our room the toilet seat was very discolored, the lid was broken, there was hair and toilet paper on the ground by the tub. The iron board had very weird discolored spot on it. We wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel is under construction. Our room was very dusty. The room I chose was supposed to have 4 beds as advertised ended up having only 3 which did not accommodate our group. Housekeeping walked into our room more than 30 minutes before check out.

I liked how accommodating and nice the staff were. For the price it was on your app according to the price whenever I called to go directly to the hotel they didn't have any rooms at the moment so I liked that we were able to get a good room at a decent price it was amazing room. was a good decent day for the price it was a dang good price for those nice of rooms I didn't like that I was told there was an indoor pool that was open and it wasn't and then I was also expecting an outdoor pool but there was not one they were also under renovation so the elevator going up worked kind of but it took forever but you couldn't go down you had to go down the stairs. Our room key stopped working at the door so we had to change rooms once and then once we change the rooms the key still stopped working so he had to come up two or three times and program another key but he was really accommodating so the only bad thing was that it was being renovated so it was kind of hot up there the AC wasn't working well and the pool was like the worst part of all of it cuz I was so excited for the pool but overall it

I did not eat the breakfast. I did like the size of the room and bathroom. It was clean but could use some improvement on the chair furniture. The AC worked very will but a little noisy. No coffee machine in the room. I wish I was informed that the facility was under renovation. Workers, machine noises, paint fumes, dirty carpet in the halls and elevator. Unable to use 2nd floor elevator due to broken buttons. Had to call front desk to send the elevator to come down or take the stairs. Should have been more transparent about renovation and should have been given the choice to stay or go someplace else. I did not know until check in. I traveled by myself this trip and wanted to be close to my family.

The booking wasn’t made aware that the hotel was under construction. Only 3 beds when booked for 4 beds, one bed sunk in so far almost sleeping on the ground.

My room was so dirty when I checked in. Empty beer can. Amazon delivery trash. Stains on bed, and a blood stain on bed. Vomit in the sink

Staff was very welcoming
