The evening staff was AMAZING! Melissa and Hugh were extremely helpful and kind. They both went above and beyond to make our check in and stay smooth, easy and memorable. Those two were fantastic and deserve the biggest shout out. The staff on duty the following morning were lackluster and might benefit from shadowing Melissa on guest experience. If there had been anyone else in the lobby as we were leaving, I could understand why they weren’t as helpful. But it was just my 8 year old and I struggling to get our things out the door and to the truck, then search for someone who had my keys.. Check out was a bit of a let down after the brilliant interaction the night before.

The Ambassador is our favorite place to stay in Oklahoma City. Beautiful hotel. Wonderfully professional staff. Beautiful rooms. The Chalkboard Restaurant is lovely. We just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary there. The Ambassador is always our first choice.

Hotel was very nice and the staff was super friendly. The only issue was the shower in the room had very low pressure. I get that they are trying to do the right thing and conserve water but it was not what most people expect at a luxury hotel.

Great hotel in a super fun location. So many restaurants to walk to. Pool was beautiful and service at the rooftop was amazing. Have stayed before and will continue to go back!

Pleasant, professional staff. Beautiful atmosphere. Relaxing vibe. Lovely and timeless decor. We loved everything about this hotel. This will be our place in OKC from now on.

Accommodations were great, food was delicious. Ordered room service and it was very prompt. Pool was nice and well maintained. It’s in a very trendy and busy area, but enjoyed the quiet of the hotel.

Loved this place when we first arrived. Then we noticed issues… A/C blew at a wall by the entrance so it didn’t cool the room properly. Went an entire day with no pool towels, and received an eye roll when we brought it up with the front desk. They have a number to text for pool service, but they don’t constantly monitor said phone. I could go on, but it’s still a decent place to stay because of the price

O Bar was closed for mechanical reasons while we were there.

Great rooms and very nice hotel.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was wonderful. The restaurant was delicious! Would recommend. The staff struggled the whole time we were there. Check in was aweful. And the staff struggled every time we engaged them. Definitely was a poor staff experience.

The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive. Even with the power knocked out, they let us get a drink at the bar to settle our nerves. I will always stay here when visiting. One of my favorite hotels in the U.S.
