Loved this place when we first arrived. Then we noticed issues… A/C blew at a wall by the entrance so it didn’t cool the room properly. Went an entire day with no pool towels, and received an eye roll when we brought it up with the front desk. They have a number to text for pool service, but they don’t constantly monitor said phone. I could go on, but it’s still a decent place to stay because of the price

The hotel was beautiful. The room was wonderful. The restaurant was delicious! Would recommend. The staff struggled the whole time we were there. Check in was aweful. And the staff struggled every time we engaged them. Definitely was a poor staff experience.

The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive. Even with the power knocked out, they let us get a drink at the bar to settle our nerves. I will always stay here when visiting. One of my favorite hotels in the U.S.

Amazing hotel and room. Great location, clean rooms. The hotel hallways smelled amazing, I know that’s a weird thing to say. Fresh and clean scent. Top floor bar was great with fantastic service. Highly recommend this hotel. We’ll be back!

The staff is amazing! I totally felt at home and was helped out at every turn during my stay. Don’t miss out on staying at this delightful location on your next trip to OKC. It surrounded by awesome restaurants as well. You could go and never leave the neighborhood.

This is our favorite hotel in Okc. The staff is amazing and the location is great. Our room was very nice and quite large.

The gal working the bar in the downstairs restaurant- forgive me for not remembering her name… She was very young and I believe it was only her second or third week. anyway she was excellent and I spoke with her throughout the evening and was very very impressed by her service, her professionalism in her smile The front desk people were… OK. Not the greatest in terms of the warmness and making me feel as good as the gal in the restaurant did.
