Mal servicio al cliente, hice late check in y el estacionamiento es un poco complicado de entender ya que tienes que estacionarte hasta la planta de arriba y acceder por las puertas de ese nivel, no por el ascensor. Tuve problemas con el drenaje y no me pude bañar, me cambiaron a otra habitación “sin costo extra” (no esperaba menos dado que su habitación no funcionaba) y a pesar de ello no tuvieron buen servicio para ofrecer alguna amenidad dada la circunstancia

Super chic hotel with amazing service.

Very nice upscale comfort in a refined quiet space. Great location downtown with Vallet parking service or self park parking garage. Small boutique hotel with limited number of rooms. Common area to relax and work and upscale fitness center. Quiet atmosphere, caters to business professionals and adult clientele. Not ideal for families with small or young children.

This hotel is a MUST, it's absolutely adorable! The design aesthetics are fantastic, the rooms are beautifully done, the Citizen House is a jewel!!!

The mini bar/coffee area was so cool with the bench/couch. It made the room feel bigger. It was so sweet to put out champagne for us as well celebrating our marriage We got there late because it was where we stayed our wedding night, and the parking situation was a little confusing. When we called to get let in she explained, but it seemed like a service entrance. But as soon as we got in all was well.

Great find. Close to everything downtown and extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the fitness center too.

The hotel is gorgeous and very chic. Quiet and very classy. The view was amazing from our window. Just the view we needed for our vacation

Perfect location atmosphere was wonderful! Such a beautiful hotel!

Hotel was clean and very nice. Bathroom was lavish! Parking was a struggle due to our extended cab pick up. So the hike dragging our luggage was a bummer. However they do have valet parking for a normal size car, I believe parking was $35 a day. Restaurant and bar were really nice and food was good. There was an espresso machine in the room but I wanted coffee. Attempts to call and ask for coffee failed. I guess there is no one at the front desk. Bonus, it is right across the street from the Oklahoma City memorial dedicated to the victims of the bombing. It is beautiful and somber.

My husband and I just got back from our stay, and we had such a great time. We were there celebrating my graduation from RN school, and Citizen House made the whole experience feel so special. We got to eat in the members club area at the bar, and the bartender was excellent. He recommended amazing drinks and really added to the experience. We were also able to tour the property, take pictures, and meet a few people while we were there. The overall vibe was friendly, welcoming, and classy. The front desk staff was perfect from start to finish. My husband had called ahead to set up a surprise for me, and they were so helpful with letting someone in to decorate our room. The lady at the front desk was very sweet, and honestly every shift we came across was nice and professional. Our room was absolutely beautiful. Everything felt thoughtful, comfortable, and well put together. This was easily a 10 out of 10 stay for us. We would definitely stay again, and Citizen House will absolutely be our go-to staycation spot from now on.

The restaurant and bar area is beautiful Most of the staff was new and not fully trained yet and the wait staff has only tried 1 or 2 dishes at the restaurant so can’t honestly give any recommendations.

The candy bar and pastries were a brilliant touch too. Very convenient location, definitely an easy hotel to recommend.
