Parking was not good . Our lady checking us in could tell she was getting mad when we asked her questions .
-
The room I stayed in did not have coffee cups nor was the coffee box restocked. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower was completely empty. The biggest plus and redeeming factor of my stay was breakfast. Good selection to choose from but the BEST surprise was when I asked for salsa for the eggs. BEST SALSA I've had in many years.

Great stay

We had a great stay and hope to return when we are back in town
-
Elevators broken down, ice machines broken down, front desk requests were forgotten twice and had to re-request. Phone in room broken. Valet under staffed. They need a room service menu and food in the room option.

Depending on what time of day it is what answer you get from staff. Some tell ya breakfast is included others tell ya you have to pay. The bar was always out of just about everything.. even a common beer or rum. No parking unless you want to pay for valet
-
We had a very nice 1 night stay. Clean, very helpful valet, guys with the "App". Will definitely come back to OKC and stay again!!
-
We enjoyed our stay - valet parking was a bit inconvenient, breakfast was additional cost but only other option was Starbucks coffee shop. Front desk staff very helpful
-
There is no in the room and they only have 2 elevators. But other wise it is a nice location with no parking on site

Beautiful hotel, perfect location for Brickton visitors. The room had a beautiful view, quiet and the pool was great. The hotel elevators were my son’s favorite part. My only wish was that parking was better advertised. I wasn’t aware the only parking option was valet that cost $38/night.

This was my second stay here and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, clean amenities and a nice view. Would come back for my next business trip.
-
location was perfect for night outings.
-
Loved the location right outside of Brick town. Easy access to lime Scooters too
-
Over all, the hotel is terrible because it was barely clean specially sofa, restrooms don’t have hand drying towel hangers, hotel didn’t give breakfast(was not included) and so on.
-
The hotel is older and out dated. Keep in mind, there is not a parking garage and valet is $34. The elevator didn't stop at our floor and we took the stairs. Please don't do that. We took the stairs on 13 to meet friends on 12 and once you go into the stairs, you cannot get out until the emergency exit on the ground floor. Refrigerator had a broken leg and wobbled, none of the ice machines worked (we tried 3 floors), and all the trash cans were overflowing. The shower had good pressure and the bed was comfortable. I will not stay here again.
-
Only thing is a couple of elevators were not working and it was a busy weekend! Pool on small side but nice Breakfast staff very nice but Buffett could use a few more choices. Otherwise , That would not keep me from staying again. Best price hotel for location .
-
Clean but a little ridiculous on the cashless way to pay
-
Great location I am sure the hotel used to be an Executive suites hotel has the same build and layout unfortunately I miss the "free" breakfast at Executive Suite which had a cook that would cook your breakfast if you wished my wife and I decided to pay $15 each I believe for the breakfast again unfortunately it was the same breakfast I get at any Motel 6 or Holiday Inn is it a good location yes it is but $35 dlls per night parking sucks

Great location! Clean and well maintained hotel. Staff was super friendly.
-
Very disappointed that they are now charging to park at the hotel while staying there.
