Superb

We loved the convenience of close proximity of location to the Paycom center. It was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly and bed was cozy and room temperature very comfortable. I didn't like that they didn't have more options for food and or snack at hotel location for late night after concert. It would've been helpful to have had a vending machine or bar food available late. What was available was limited in options and very expensive....2 bottles water, 2 pops=$30...insane!

First thing is the hotel was ok the staff was hard to get ahold of after 8pm to let them know stuff about the the cigarettes butts and the empty beer bottle outside of the window and the room smell badly and the toilet bowl lid look damaged

I would not recommend. My room has coffee pods but no coffee pot. The lobby had a coffee machine but no coffee. The breakfast was not included. And there is no free parking. The ice machine did not work on a lot of the floors. Had to go to the lobby for ice and had to get that in the breakfast area. Was not a place I will go back to.

Parking in the Sante Fe garage with a walkway is convenient

Grand. Faded elegance. Poor housekeeping. Missing cleans and housekeepers didn’t speak English when I asked for room to be cleaned.

It was a fair stay.

Room 705 could use some updating. Restroom was full of blonde hairs around the sink and wooden towel rack. I’m a male with short hair. I shook the sheets since they were really tucked in the end of the bed on my third night out of my 4 day stay here and a container full of butter went flying across the room. I’m guessing they never changed the sheet from the previous guest. I don’t believe it was clean throughout to be honest. I brought this up to the front desk and didn’t hear anything back from them even after leaving my information. I let them know regarding the container of butter and all the hair around the restroom and room. Parking is quite pricey as well and it came out to $155 for 4 night stay. Wallpaper falling apart and drain was not draining in the shower. Not a good visit and probably won’t be staying here my next business trip. I did take pictures of the hair and butter as well and demonstrated to the front desk.

The hotel was beautiful! Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff & the valet staff were incredibly nice and helpful!

The Wyndham is a Great location if you are going to Bricktown, the gardens or PAYCOM center. The hotel rooms need a facelift. We checked into a king room and there was no chair to sit on. To their credit they did bring us one. Linda at the desk was phenomenal. Great help, wonderful personality. Unfortunately, the next morning she wasn’t on duty. We requested more towels, our trash picked up and advised the bathroom sink wasn’t draining. Got more towels, used towels still in the floor and no fix for the sink.

We did not eat there for breakfast it was $15 each. Coffee pot was not working in the room. The coffee shop wasn't open. No fan in the bathrooms!!

Property was nice. Alot of construction so we used valet parking. $34. Wow, but then they charged my card over $38. I still tipped the guy cash but it took over 30 minutes to get my car. Poor service at high price and then still overcharged.

This is a nice hotel, however it could really use some updating. Staff is helpful and valet as well. Last time I had small issues with the deposit since everything is cashless there but all in all would recommend
