Renaissance Oklahoma City Downtown Bricktown Hotel

The property was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the staff were amazing. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with information about restaurants around the hotel. The bar staff at culprits was amazing and attentive.

I was very pleased and comfortable with my stay at Renaissance Hotel. All of the front desk staff were kind and welcoming. It was my first time in OKC, so I spent a lot of time trying to figure out were to stay. I am so happy I chose here. I loved my city view room, which had a comfy bed, clean restroom, and perfect desk space for me to get work done. The room was just an overall nice vibe with nice amenities, including refrigerator. I did not eat at the restaurant, due to time, but Starbucks being in the lobby was perfect. Daniel is a barista that was very kind and made me the best Pumkin Spice Lattee I've had EVER!! Overall, so hapy with my stay, and since I will be traveling back to OKC, I'll definitely be back.

Valet was fast and great. Left them tips more than what was expected! Our room was spotless So yes we will be back!

The room and staff were great. Check out was at noon, which is nice. I had the sign on the door saying that I was still in the room, but at 11:30 had house keeping knocking on my door while in the bathroom. If the sign is on the door, atleast wait 30 minutes before opening the door. Very nice place to stay otherwise.

It was great, when I realized the room was booked with 2 queens, I called ahead of arrival to see if I could get a king bed and the staff made that happen. The location is right in the main area of entertainment walking distance to everything.

The AC didn’t work very well!

This was a really nice hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was super comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. The refrigerator wasn’t working very well, but it wasn’t that big of a deal to me. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Had dinner down at the canal area such a fantastic little activity to do down there. It didn’t appear that the vacuum had been used in the hallway outside of my room because there was still debris on the floor outside of my room. I was not going to valet my vehicle for $36 a night though. We found offsite parking for five dollars.

Recommend this hotel. Location is perfect for walking around bricktown.

Loved everything about this hotel, nice welcoming staff and excellent valet service. We had a couple cocktails at the bar on Saturday night and the bartenders were excellent. I had coffees at the Starbucks in the mornings and they were very polite also. Had a great stay all around.

Beautiful room. Perfect location. A 1 minute walk to Bricktown which is beautiful. Great value for money

The TV in our room didnt work. Our phone would not connect to any services. We had them switch us rooms only after we requested.

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter. We both felt very safe and thought the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful.
