Overall, a great place to stay in downtown OKC. Only a small gripe about the quality of the pillows. At the price point of the hotel, I would expect much better pillows.

Was not told hotel would place a $100 hold on my card until check in. Two times we went to bar/eating area we waited 15 min to even be acknowledged. Valet parking was our only option because there was no orher parking available at that time. And valet parked your car in some unknown area. After we left hotel, we noticed my Bluetooth speaker was missing from my car! Called hotel to let them know, lady who answered put me on hold to call over to valet, valet knew nothing about it then said she would give them my phone number to call me, still have not heard from them. Never got any kind of apology either! WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

Air conditioning did not work. It would be really cold then would it turned off it was extremely hot. So hot we were sweating. Reception lady was not helpful and we asking questions she had an attitude. Would probably not stay here again.

Very nice and centrally located close to everything The room want cleaned good. Found a dirty sports bra in the floor. Staff tried to double charge me, I told them I prepaid and they said I didn’t… had to show them where I already paid. $400 is already steep but $800 definitely wouldn’t have been worth it.
