My time at the hotel was perfect. It was a great distance from Bricktown and a perfect distance from the event that I was attending. Lexus was great explaining the amenities and even suggested a great place for us to eat! The toilet flushed strangely at first, but fixed itself.

The Pool area was OK although the Lack of a cool deck was very troublesome. Bed flat and hard, pillows the same as the bed, The safe didn't work and had been reported earlier, The breakfast was NOT worth the money. The bar opened sometimes when it was supposed to. The lack of TV in the bar so no games to watch. The electronic lock on the door failed and was not fixed for over an hour. We will NOT stay here again.

Rooms were great. The client experience was terrible. The lady at the counter ignored us when we walked up to the counter a foot away. The other one was on her phone and also ignored us until I said something about our reservation. The pool was cloudy and had an oder of a fishy river. Wow! I can’t believe it! Not a good client experience. No thanks!
