We booked a stay here to celebrate the 4th of July in Downtown OKC. While the room was very nice, clean and beds were comfortable, the pool was gross. We arrived on Friday afternoon and noticed the green color of the water and addressed it with the front desk. They informed us they service the pool every night and it should clear up in the morning. The next day, July 4th, the pools was still green and very unappealing. We checked out, there was no point in spending the money for a 2nd night if we weren't going to be able to enjoy the pool all day. We did get a nice view of the Scissortail Fireworks display from the 6th floor. The hotel missed a huge opportunity to open the rooftop deck for the patrons to enjoy the fireworks outside. Instead, you could watch them through the floor to ceiling windows.

Had to change rooms three times. First room, there was a water leak and mold. Second room, there was no hot water and the shower was broken. Third room was ok but had to pack up so many times. The staff wasn't very friendly or accommodating.

Not bad stay definitely recommend

Staff was great. Location was good too. The property could use a bit of sprucing up. A little tired since last time I was there.

For the most park everything was good.

Clean, easy parking, perfect location, kind and helpful staff, bed was good, pillows were soft! The AC unite was kind noisy, other than that everything was very good.
-
The room was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was expensive and not inclusive, and the whole building was warm. Bed room was warm and muggy when we were arriving. AC was sub par. Never got really cold. Made it really hard to sleep. Pool was not clean or swimable.

It was Nice. Different.

The room was disappointing. When we arrived, there were dirty cups left on the windowsill, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The bathtub was also filthy and had a noticeable crack in it. I ended up cleaning the tub myself before we could use it. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room did not meet expectations, and I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

The staff is great, good pool and it’s not around an interstate like others in the area so less noise.

Front desk staff was great. Super nice guy. Room was cool but the sliding bathroom door was broken so no privacy there. No extra blankets aside from the regular bedding even though it claimed to sleep four. Bedding on the king size in the bedroom smelled like it hadn't been changed in weeks which made it hard to be comfortable in and hard to sleep. I would go back if I felt it would be a cleaner, more suitable experience.

Stay was just okay. One elevator was broken and the other had something spilled inside it. Room was just okay. I wouldn’t want to stay more than one night. Sink backed up and didn’t drain. They charge you $20 just to park in their garage where no one else is parking. Seems like parking should be included in the price of the hotel stay, which is not cheap. If you are going to charge me to park at least have someone valet park my car and help with unload my stuff…

It was clean and lived the covered parking!!! Two of the three elevators were out of service. It just meant some waiting but not too much.

We were given a handicap room and that was not what we requested. I went to the front desk and let them know, because we didn’t want to occupy a room that could have been needed by a handicap person. She said she didn’t know and that she needed to talk with a manager. I never heard from her after that. The room also had an issue with cooling.

I paid a lot for my wife to have a room with a tub. There wasn't enough hot water to use it and there were times when there wasn't any hot water at all. I callthe front deck from the hallway phone because the one in the room didn't work. The girl at the desk was dismissive about my complaint. I spent $1200 for 3 nights once you include the parking and breakfast cost. Dont stay here!
