Great location, paid parking across the street. Restaurants and bars walking distance. HOWEVER, the bar and restaurant prices are a rip off, especially compared to the other hotels around. My wife and I had TWO canned beers (Modelo and a Blue Moon) upon checking in. When we paid our tab upon checkout we learned that the TWO canned beers cost us $24!!! I protested to no avail. I’d suggest staying at another hotel which there are numerous close by. This hotel rips off their customers. No excuse for the price. BTW, 6 wings woulda cost $20 at this place!!! The breakfast was decent, but the same every day. The sausage everyday got old.

Very clean, beautiful courtyard area with fire pits and pergola. Very pleased.

Good brick town location, nice bed, quiet, and very nice breakfast

Everything! Nothing!

My fiance and I had a pleasant stay. Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. We would love to come back here anytime we find ourselves back in Oklahoma City,

Great location, good self park. I had a handicap accessible room, good shower bar support but the handheld shower had no pressure please address.
-
One good thing to note- the parking lot is adjacent to the police station. The staff treated us well. It’s just that the hotel itself didn’t meet some standards. The breakfast bar had fruit which was nice.

My family and had a quick stay and it was really nice! The staff were all so kind and helpful and the hotel was very clean! I highly recommend!

The check in staff , especially the young lady on the day staff, was excellent. She took care of our needs with a smile.

The staff was so accommodating and got our girls party in adjoining rooms. Everyone was kind and professional. On the flip side found a condom wrapper on the shower ledge and one of the sofa bed sets was missing a blanket. Overall though. It was a really nice stay and we will be back

There was this weird breathing type of sound. I think it was from the fridge or ac. Already informed the management. Everything else was great except for the parking company. They charged me $1 twice claiming it was a processing fee. Hotel front desk Nae and manager helped and was very kind. They assisted me in finding out that the charge was wrong. The parking company manager was either lying or just incompetent when telling me that it was a necessary normal processing charge. I was already charged the processing fee of $1.50 when I paid for the service. Parking manager said they’d refund. It’s not about the $2. It’s the principal. Hotel was great. Parking company not so much.

The facility was very nice and clean. It's conveniently located near the Paycom Center which is where the concert was held. Everything was pleasant except for the two ladies working the front desk. They both seemed irritated that we were there. They never smiled at all but the woman working the later shift wad very kind and welcoming.
-
Great, quieter location but still close to everything! Walking distance to paycom and great eatrys and clubs. Only thing I was a little bummed about was the too soft pillows but that is a preference kind of thing.

Superb
-
The listing for they Hyatt failed to mention that there only valet or self pay parking both costing about $33 a night, we had 2 cars so this cost us a significant amount extra that we were intending on.

location was convienent

Great location, everything was clean and modern. My only complaint was the reception staff. They were all miserable and monotone. Not one cracked a smile or actually looked like they enjoyed their job. A warm welcome makes all the difference, the housekeeping staff on the other hand were lovely, they all had a smile on their faces and greeted everyone.

Clean room. Nice hotel overall.
