The facility was very nice and clean. It's conveniently located near the Paycom Center which is where the concert was held. Everything was pleasant except for the two ladies working the front desk. They both seemed irritated that we were there. They never smiled at all but the woman working the later shift wad very kind and welcoming.

Great, quieter location but still close to everything! Walking distance to paycom and great eatrys and clubs. Only thing I was a little bummed about was the too soft pillows but that is a preference kind of thing.

The listing for they Hyatt failed to mention that there only valet or self pay parking both costing about $33 a night, we had 2 cars so this cost us a significant amount extra that we were intending on.

Great location, everything was clean and modern. My only complaint was the reception staff. They were all miserable and monotone. Not one cracked a smile or actually looked like they enjoyed their job. A warm welcome makes all the difference, the housekeeping staff on the other hand were lovely, they all had a smile on their faces and greeted everyone.

Upon check-in, the entire lobby, as well as the attached dining area, hallways, and elevators smelled strongly of sewerage- strong urine and fecal smells; this discouraged us from entertaining the idea of the complimentary breakfast amenity. During check-in, we were notified that the hotel was overbooked, and that our room type was changed from a 2 bed room to a 1 bed room instead; we were not notified via app, email, phone call, or text, and no apology or sympathy was given by the employee. They brought their manager out and they apologized for the inconvenience regarding the overbooking, but stated they could grant us with rewards points for compensation. The manager had the employee take down our email address and stated we should get it that way; we still have yet to receive these compensation points. The room looked clean, however, the hallway leading to the room and its entryway had that same strong sewer smell. This stench lingered around the hotel the entirety of our stay, and was not the best experience.

Hotel itself was nice . Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. The fitness center was out of order after the first day and I planned to work out everyday while I was there. The bathroom for the fitness center and pool area was out of order the entire time I was there. The pool was so tiny that it might as well not even existed. Lastly, there was a light out in my room that kept me from sitting at the desk. Oh, and the hotel was not as close to activities as I thought.

Its location, close to the hospital. Did not appreciate having to pay so much for parking my car. My daughter's bed was not comfortable at all.
