Our stay was fabulous. The hotel was clean, beautiful.The breakfast was great. The hallways were really warm as well as the dining area, which caused us concern. When we first walked in, but our room, what was very cool. So no concerns. The valet parking was a fun treat. Although I wasn't planning on paying for parking, after a long trip from texas it was nice. It only took us about five minutes to walk to bricktown, and enjoy the environment.Very nice stay.

Our room was HOT, the thermostat said 77 degrees, so I turned the cool setting down left for 3 hours and came back, and it was still 76 degrees in the room. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told the maintenance people were not available and offered me a box fan, didn't even offer another room with working AC, WILL NOT stay at Hyatt again!

Love the hotel! Such a beautiful place and since going to a concert at the Criterion was a good walking distance and the breakfast was amazing!

The room was clean and well stocked. There was evidence of the humidity with some peeling wallpaper and rust in the bathroom. It was however, clean with no smell or disinfectant stink. The free breakfast was 4/10 with few choices or old looking dry goods like cereal or bread. No half and half- just creamers made from vegetable oil etc. Great walk ability to many restaurants and the ball field/ Bricktown. The Staff was kind and helpful.
