Didn't realize we had to pay for parking. The $69 add cost for parking was not planned for. And that was self park. Valet would of been $10 plus dollars a day. We parked and left the car for 2 nights and left early the last day. I think $69 for 2 nights is a bit much! And the walk from the parking lot to the room is quite a journey.

What I like was the location it was close to the riverwalk. What I didn't like is when we got there they don't have spots for us to park to get check in. There was cars parked diagonal and they were never moved and the rest was for valet. Once we got checked in we had to scan the qr code for parking and then you pay. Once we paid we pulled into the private parking lot after scanning are room card. We parked in the handicap spot in the front of the lot because we had a handicap person. So the next day we left to go out and came back to park and we was looking for a handicap spot and found one but there was cars all park besides not correctly blocking the aisle .The last day we talk to one on the valet people that we needed a handicap spot and he said well it doesn't matter where we park we own the lot. Like it doesn't matter if you own the lot or not you still can not park in handicap without have a handicap placement or license plate. They are using all those spots and aisles to park cars for valet parking. As well as parking cars where the sidewalks and are blocking it there was no accessible to used the pathway for the wheelchair we had to take her down the curb just to get her down to the car. They say they are wheelchair accessible and handicap accessible but they can't even provide what we need. Also they made us pay for valet parking when we did self parking. Also I wish the breakfast had more options there wasn't a lot to choose from.

Breakfast was good, and the hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. However, the price was too high for this hotel. The toilet was constantly running, and the bathroom had mold, which was disappointing and not what I expected at this price point.

Great place to stay! It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful!

I got charged 3 times even tho I told the front desk I had already paid prior to arriving at the hotel

The pool was closed for the whole weekend. It would have been nice to know that it was closed due to maintenance before arrival. I had canceled another hotel because the pool was closed. Overall it is a very nice facility

Clean and nice

Breakfast was excellent and I will reserve again for that reason but, staff was not responsive to cleaning tables after useage. After waiting for a table to be clean, I asked for extra paper towels to clean a table which they were happy to provide. Room was clean but one of the bed/matress need replaceing as it sunk in the middle.

Suites king was a little small. Breakfast was okay. Indoor pool small. They didnt have a grill. Parking sucks.

We all know, that after traveling, all you can think about is resting up in a nice clean and comfortable room. The moment we arrived we were greeted by a very nice valet. Walking through the door we were impressed with the style and comforts we would later enjoy. The greeting from concierge at check-in was kind and helpful. The room was very inviting and did not disappoint us any at all. A great layout with all our needs meet. Since we were really tired from our travel we decided to forego dining out. We decided to give a go of eating at The Placery. We both decided on the burger and fries, not really expecting a lot but was very impressed with the quality. Highly recommend The Placery. Mike from The Placery was very enjoyable to chat with as we enjoyed a night cap before calling it a night. Our king size bed was very comfortable as we both sleep very well. Breakfast was well organized, tasty and plenty to enjoy. Thanks, to all the staff at Hyatt Place for a very enjoyable stay. Look forward to next time.

Easy in easy out.

They refused to give a comforter for the pull out couch. The "blanket" was actually mistaken by another staff member for a towel.
