The property was in a good location.Staff was very friendly and helpful. But the property was very outdated.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown/Bricktown offers a practical, comfortable stay in the heart of the city’s primary entertainment district. Situated directly on Reno Avenue, the property boasts an unbeatable location within easy walking distance of the Bricktown Canal, local dining, the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, and the Paycom Centre. The nearby streetcar stop makes exploring wider downtown effortless without needing continuous rideshares. While the hotel delivers great overall value, guests should keep a few practicalities in mind. On-site self-parking incurs an additional daily surcharge. Overall, its combination of generous space, home-like amenities, and central walkability makes it a dependable choice for both leisure and business visits.

Would not recommend. We were there for 7 nights and were told that our room would be cleaned every other day. Even after several requests to have our room cleaned because no one came and always being told that we were on the cleaning list for that day, we did not have our room cleaned until night 6. One staff member told us this is a constant problem there and we had another family behind us at the front desk with the same complaint. Plus, we had staff take our dirty sheets one morning, but when we got back to our room that evening, we didn’t have any sheets at all. When we told the front staff they said housekeeping was gone for the day and there was no one to make our beds. We got clean sheets but had to make our beds - so not only were we paying for housekeeping and not getting housekeeping, we had to do our own housekeeping. We asked to speak to management several times and requested some sort of refund but were always told that management was not around and we’d be contacted by them as soon as possible. Needless to say we were not contacted nor refunded. There was an odor throughout the hotel and the whole facility is in desperate need of remodeling. One bathroom sink was also clogged the entire stay. Find another place to stay. The only positive is that the parking lot security guy was on it and took pride in his job to help ensure only guests were using the lot.

    Elevator was broke. Pool was...

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Only one elevator worked, of the two available. There was a homeless man in the pool, staff helped remove him promptly. We had a two room suite and of the three tvs available, one worked. Staff was great. Property could use some upgrades.

This our favorite place to stay when visiting Bricktown! The suites are very roomy and they allow pets. Breakfast is another plus. We also like being near the river walk. The only issue we had this time was parking pass. Last year, we were told that if we became reward members, parking would be free. So we signed up. When we checked in this time, we were charged for parking. When I told the employee about the rewards program that we signed up for, he said he never heard of it. Also, there were no sheets & blankets for the sofa bed.

The pool was not open at the time told for cleaning measures..The bathroom had mold in showet.i would not stay again

One elevator was out. One of our t.v.s was not working and we had only one remote control. They were fast about fixing tv but still did not give us a 2nd remote. Hotel door was hard and loud to open and shut. There was no pillow or blanket for pullout bed. Not all exterior doors worked with keys to get in and out. Room was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was nice but you need to have more than one person on duty at front desk. I stood at front desk trying to check in for 7-10 minutes. I started calling the hotel while I was standing at desk.

Close to brick town Drag racing all night in front of property staff wouldn’t call police to stop the drag racing

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Room was clean, staff is nuce, Parking is TERRIBLE! 150 rooms and only 92 spots that means if the parking lot is full you have to park across the street, BUT you also get charged for parking while staying at the hotel.

The room we stayed in was vary noise at night. The hall icemaker noise came through the wall and the elevator noise also came through the walls. The breakfast has gone downhill from what it was. The location is great but the hotel needs a better maintenance plan then what it is on. We will fined a new motel next time we are in Oklahoma City for a stay. The hotel charged a parking fee for staying there. If you stay you should have free parking.

The location and check in staff were very good. The pull out couch had a very nasty cushion, it had debris under the cushion (looked like dead skin), and the mattress had a very nasty stain. I was assured by the desk clerk that I would receive a full refund for the room and parking since there were no other rooms. Here is the response from the Mariott General Manager: Your room was booked through booking.com and you paid booking.com. Once booking.com calls and states they will refund you then we will confirm that we have refunded booking.com credit card. Please let me know if you have any other questions. We arrived around 10pm after an all day drive. When we arrived, there were teenagers and loud obnoxious people all in the parking lot, including riding scooters around. There were no parking spots, and it looked like they were renting out parking space to the public. Once we checked in and made it to the room, we immediately noticed the AC was not working. The furniture was also very run down and smelled. The tv also did not work and the curtains were ripped. When I called to tell them about the AC, they said to hold the button down and wait a minute to see if it would work. It didn’t. Because it is summer time, the room was very hot and not habitable without AC. When I went downstairs to ask for a new room, he said they had none and said he could give me a fan. I declined and asked for a refund. This hotel is disgusting. It is an absolute embarrassment for Marriott. I don’t think I’ll ever stay in a Marriott again. Stay clear of this hotel.
