Half way through our stay we saw a few cockroaches hanging around the kitchen sink. Immediately informed the front desk. They sounded like they were taking it seriously and said they will send someone up immediately, which never happened. This was disgusting to say the least and we were scared that we will be smuggling them half way across the country to our home. The in-room safe was locked rendering it unusable by us. Asked the front desk multiple times, said they would send the engineering upstairs, which also never happened. Breakfast was ok, as expected. Parking was too expensive, IMHO. The room did not get cleaned everyday, and that probably contributed to cockroach issue. Some rooms, especially in front of ours, decided to put their used towels and trash on their front door. I informed the front desk. Again they said they will ask the occupant, but it never got resolved. Nobody picked up the trash or the used dishes and the towels, until the cleaning day. Our room was supposed to be cleaned up on Saturday, but since we were checking out on Sunday, they never showed up to clean our room. This led to overflow of trash in the kitchen. Overall, for the amount they charge, they should respond to issues in a timely manner and take some hygiene matters seriously. it is just diluting the Marriott name. Hopefully, they will improve.

When it says self parking on site be prepared to be to pay per day. Expedia doesn’t list or include that charge and it was a surprise. So just for two days we had to pay to park at the hotel, unexpected upcharge.

The property itself was pretty run down. Scuffs and dings all over the walls in the halls and lobby. The furniture in the room was scratched and dinged, the carpet was questionable. Everything was clean (except the couch) but ran down. The bedding was very worn. We needed use of the pull out couch and had to go down to get bedding for it, and the mattress was not great. Our door kept popping open after being closed. Which was unfortunate when we were gone for about 12 hours with the door partially open. We also were on the side facing the main street and it was LOUD. drag racing and loud cars all night long. From the 5th floor up. It was crazy. We didn't end up using the pool because there was no shade whatsoever, zero bells and whistles just a bare minimum pool. It wasn't terrible, but for the price point I was disappointed and will look elsewhere when i'm in OKC next. Oh and being notified of $23 a night parking fee was super lame, especially with a lot so small that by the weekend we couldn't find a spot. Its not like there are any options to not have a car in Oklahoma. come on now.

The maintenance of property was disappointing. Scuffed door frame. Torn wall paper with sloppy patching. Dirty windows in lobby. Bathtub was stained and looked dirty. I don't junk it was but there was black scum looking stuff on the bottom. I wore my sanders when taking a shower

Pretty nice place. Nice pool.
-
Mattress was too soft. Parking fee of $23.00 was excessive. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Location was good. Breakfast was decent for being included. Check in/out staff was friendly. One elevator was broken so had to wait awhile several times, bathtub was rusty and looked dirty, shower head leaked. $23 plus tax a night to park is a little ridiculous. Parking should be included in room cost.
