Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Great location.

Check in was smooth and efficient. Hotel rooms were clean and inviting. Staff was so helpful an and friendly. Every time we passed through the lobby other guests were being helped by the staff. Breakfast was definitely one of the best parts of staying there! Will definitely stay there again. Walking distance to so many things and a safe environment.

I was only able to stay for 1 night. I loved it, and look forward to staying again the next time I'm in OKC.

Perfect location to activities, and amazing view of the ballpark. The staff are wonderful, the breakfast was?delicious and the perfect location for my group.

We are very pleased with this hotel. Parking downtown was in the garage next door. There was a charge, but after checking in and paying for the parking we could enter/exit as often as we liked. The elevators in the garage were accessed only by key card and brought us right down to the lobby. The front door to the lobby was also always secure and accessible by key card or front desk staff. We felt very safe! Our room was comfortable, breakfast was enjoyable, and we will return the next time we are in town.

The staff is absolutely phenomenal. Every single team member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless! You can tell the housekeeping staff takes immense pride in their work because the room was genuinely sparkling clean and perfectly appointed. You truly cannot beat this downtown location. We were within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and nightlife, and our room had an absolutely amazing view of the ballpark. Even though we were right in the heart of the action with a game happening during our stay, the hotel’s soundproof windows are magic. We didn't hear a single bit of noise from the stadium! To top it all off, the parking was incredibly easy and convenient, which is a rare find for a downtown hotel. Whether you are in town for a game or just looking for a perfect city getaway, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be back!

Better breakfast

Welcoming staff very gracious and helpful. I thought the daily charge for parking was excessive. Complementary breakfast hours ended too early. Was not able to partake.

The hotel location is fantastic. Easy distance for the Bricktown area and our room overlooked the Chickasaw baseball park The breakfast was ok but could of had a few more options and been available until 10am

Clean room, staff very friendly and helpful, hotel accessible to many restaurants and things to do, nice breakfast.

Old bathrooms, no fans. Are people really using the toilet/shower? Beds creaked and popped ever time you moved.
