Convenient to the Bricktown area and the Comets game I attended. No free breakfast, so we went elsewhere. $32 for valet parking, which is on the property. Parking staff was efficient and friendly.

Waited to check in for 30 mins

One of our rooms had a tub drain that was clogged, water damage on the ceiling above the tub and no shampoo, shower gel, conditioner refilled in the tub. It was not a good experience.
-
Clean property and was easily accessible. Everything was overpriced and wasn’t really worth the money we were paying.
-
Location Having to pay for parking all weekend.
-
Property & room were very clean, staff was incredibly nice, check in easy and quick. Bar area and food was excellent!
-
No the breakfast is $15. If you spend that much money per night, atleast give people food
-
The shower Everything is pay to park, the valet was $12 for up to 12hours, $32 for overnight. The lot across the street was $52. This is not listed anywhere

Location Clean

The bed was really hard for me. I did not get much sleep. When I walked in the room, I could not figure out the light switches. It took me a while to figure it out. The shower was not great. I'm not sure if the shampoo even cleaned my hair or if it rinsed out. The overhead shower was messed up. I turned it on and water was coming out of the shower head and the actual ceiling. Yikes! The lighting in the bathroom was also not that great for putting on makeup.

The location in a pedestrian driven environment to many bars, restaurants and activities exceeded expectations. The rooms were excellent: clean, spacious with comfortable beds and nice linen. The check-in lounge area had a nice bar, coffee and sitting areas. The valet parking was attentive. My first choice for places to stay in OKC. The valet parking is open air. Covered parking particularly in the summer and with the threat of hail storms would be better. While the place described itself for "older adults", the bar music was would suggest otherwise...

It was a good stay, we almost didn't get to check in at 3PM but they helped try and get us in on time. The valet staff was absolutely amazing each and every time!

Clean room, great walkability to Paycom center, lovely interior! Only things i’d say were negative would be the expensive parking lot across the street (only option for parking nearby) and the breakfast was charged onto our tab even after being told we would not be charged for breakfast and they just had to give us a receipt “that they’d remove from our bill later”.

Never have I been more disappointed in my Hotels.com process. I received an email from the hotel for early check in but the app wouldn’t let me check in. When I arrived, my reservation had been cancelled without an email or phone call. I was forced to change hotels that the AC staff helped obtain at a minimum charge higher price. Thankfully, my group that I was meeting was flexible and the AC staff was accommodating! I can’t say as much about the call center that I finally reached. There was little to no help even though I was put into a position by Hotels.com after making a reservation three weeks earlier. I will use my points and then delete the app. No one has emailed or called to apologize for the inconvenience or stress caused as we celebrated a first round of cancer treatment of my partner prior to his upcoming hospital stay.
