Hotel is super clean
-
Place was very clean and our valet Dee was amazing.
-
Great hotel only downside is there isn’t free parking you have to pay for valet parking
-
Room was very nice! Most comfortable bed for a hotel. I wanted to take it home with me!!
-
Pretty nice but no parking other than vallet and no restaurant

Staff was excellent and the included breakfast was great. Facility looks modern and fairly new but someone needs to get maintenance to attend to the rooms. The first room we were checked into had a dysfunctional air conditioner, blew coolish humid air. The front desk worked to get us moved with as little disruption as possible getting us a nearby room so we weren’t having to haul luggage far, great customer service. The air conditioner in the new room was perfect and like the prior room it was modern and very clean. The bathroom had two maintenance items that needed attention. The faucet on the sink barely flowed enough water hot/cold to wet a toothbrush and the shower had part of the silicon seal on the door missing that resulted in the floor getting flooded during a shower. Neither issues as show stoppers but when coupled with the broken Air Conditioner is a sign that this facility needs to step up their maintenance program.

Didn't care for the room setup its self but It wasn't to bad. The pool was down the entire weekend.

Check in was easy, the clerk was nice and personable. The location was perfect for taking in a show at the Criterion next door. However the TV audio was not working (Room 143), so I had to watch Apollo 13 on the TV while also streaming it on my phone to get the sound. The preciseness with which I was able to match it with was impressive if I do say so. Oh and the shower only had 2 temperatures: off and lava. But we still enjoyed our stay, and will stay there again next time we come down for a show.

Very clean, conveniently located, and quiet room.

Great location! Very helpful staff.

Honestly this place is better than other okc hotels. Staffs are super nice. Super clean. I had to check in early and check out late but front desk staffs made that happen for me. I thought valet parking would be annoying but the staffs were super fast with bringing my car around so I had no problem with that at all. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here

Lovely stay id be very happy to stay again

NA The kids upstairs were running around and making noise until past 11 p.m. The outdoor exhaust fan was noisy all night long. Around 2 a.m., there were two loud bangs coming from upstairs or the hallway. It was extremely noisy, and I couldn’t get any rest. I think you should give some more thought to how you handle room bookings.

My room was perfect fort me. Very clean and plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable. I will certainly stay there again. The desk clerk was very helpful.
-
I was not impressed with the room. The desk through the middle of the room keeps the tv from being easily watched from the couch OR the bed. The barn door to the bathroom required both hands to open and close. It has a frosted glass door and when it was closed and you turned on the light in the middle of the night, it was like you turned on a light in the room. Breakfast was good. The staff was great.

Me and my wife stayed for our 10 year anniversary(Just a little stay away from the kids) Very clean, excellent service and walking distance from down town. Beside not letting us know up front that you have to pay to park at the hotel it was an excellent stay and would recommend it to anyone!
