SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown

The location, the water pressure and the comfort Need space for visitors to park without having to pay valet

Great location. Very clean. Breakfast was great. You do have to pay for parking.

Staff was phenomenal! Valet was accommodating and front desk was generous with the candy stash!!

Clean. Breakfast was good. Parking was terrible. $22.00 to park in a lot that requires valet service.

Exceptional

Rooms were perfect, staff was amazing, breakfast was hot, fresh and well maintained. Parking is valet only if you want free parking you have to park 2-3 blocks away

Hotel should put guests on the other side of the hotel on those nights or tell customers what to expect. I would have stayed elsewhere if I’d known

Nice location with walking distance to Bricktown and restaurants

The manager Nick made our stay all the better. He was incredibly helpful and very friendly.

The room was clean and ready right on time, exactly what I needed for an overnight stay. I highly recommend!!

Nice new rooms in a good location downtown, walkable to river area.

Nick at check in was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Valet guy was very courteous and polite. Great visit great location . I will use this hotel for future stays!

The manager (I did not catch his name) was very helpful. They were having system issues, but he handled a tough situation great and was very friendly. The only real down fall was the ice machine on the 3rd floor was not operating having to go to another floor was an inconvenience but overall, it was a great stay

Awesome location! NA

Was very clean. And we were please with the service.

Clean room, and the staff were very friendly.

Fantastic apartment. Not the best area of town

The breakfast was outstanding. I was surprised at the choices. My only complaint was the traffic was very noisy, but I understand that it was due to the location. I would stay there again and recommend this hotel

Breakfast was very good
