Honestly this place is better than other okc hotels. Staffs are super nice. Super clean. I had to check in early and check out late but front desk staffs made that happen for me. I thought valet parking would be annoying but the staffs were super fast with bringing my car around so I had no problem with that at all. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here

Lovely stay id be very happy to stay again

NA The kids upstairs were running around and making noise until past 11 p.m. The outdoor exhaust fan was noisy all night long. Around 2 a.m., there were two loud bangs coming from upstairs or the hallway. It was extremely noisy, and I couldn’t get any rest. I think you should give some more thought to how you handle room bookings.

My room was perfect fort me. Very clean and plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable. I will certainly stay there again. The desk clerk was very helpful.

I was not impressed with the room. The desk through the middle of the room keeps the tv from being easily watched from the couch OR the bed. The barn door to the bathroom required both hands to open and close. It has a frosted glass door and when it was closed and you turned on the light in the middle of the night, it was like you turned on a light in the room. Breakfast was good. The staff was great.

Me and my wife stayed for our 10 year anniversary(Just a little stay away from the kids) Very clean, excellent service and walking distance from down town. Beside not letting us know up front that you have to pay to park at the hotel it was an excellent stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Everything was awesome

Location and quiet
-
The rooms were clean and it was walking distance to a lot of restaurants Had to vallet park, but the lot wasn’t owned by the hotel.
-
The staff was amazing and very helpful! Went above and beyond I would even go to say. The property was clean and well maintained from what we saw/used. Convenient location and walking distance to lots of places while still just off the main highway/interstate needed.

Rooms were clean updated everything was great

Remote to tv didnt work. Only a few buttons

We were there for a show at the criterion and it was legit the best location for it. Litteraly walk out front and your there. Lobby was super nice, room was nice and clean and quiet. Bed was just far to firm for me, im a side sleeper and man did my neck and back hurt. Would have liked a few extra pillows in the room to try and make me more comfortable because I could not sleep on that firm mattress with only 2 squishy pillows for support. Also dont like that there is only valet parking available for the hotel that cost 23$ plus tips. Wish they just had their own parking lot you didnt have to pay to use. The valet were very nice though, Dee was really kind.

Property was clean & quiet inside. be advised that there is a theater next door and it can get pretty loud outside when there is a show going on. Also, no fault of the property, there were kids zooming up and down the sidewalk on e-scooters who came close to hitting us a few times, one almost crashed the scooter coming around a corner while we were standing there. Also, the only onsite parking option is valet, at $22/night. only free parking is on street parking on the next block, if you can find any parking.
