I have worked maintenance in the past, and one of my things is walking into a motel room and pulling the filter out of the AC, it was clean , breakfast buffet amazing and you can literally tell that they take care of the hotel, very happy with the place

Great hotel, clean, and nice staff.

The room is very well equipped with all the amenities of home - perfect for a long or short stay. The room was spacious, water pressure on the 5th floor is impressive, breakfast was plentiful and common areas:dining is clean and comfortable. The views at night were wonderful as well. I was most impressed that this is a dog friendly hotel. I absolutely LOVED seeing all the dogs. I’m telling all my friends who travel to dog shows to stay here. I’m returning next year for a conference and definitely will be staying here.

At the end of the day, all I want is a decent is a shower and a place to lay my head and close my eyes and a decent shower was not included in my room.
-
Good location. Only problem is that the bathroom is too small and missing a door to change clothes.

Breakfast could have had wider selection. It was OK. Sunday breakfast was better. Had a room reserved for 5 but only had 3 towels. Did not appreciate having to pay a parking fee especially since it was not enclosed.

Actually like it I wish the staff was at the front desk you do have to wait sometime in order to check in or just wait for someone to help you.

We rated this hotel with 5 stars because in the areas it asked about everything was above average. The only things lacking were as follows; the carpet is a little bit dated & the TV's are not "smart tvs." That being said neither of those 2 impacted our stay. We walked into a nice spacious suite. It was clean. After struggling to figure out the AC, it worked beautifully. Now the struggle was on our part & was quickly resolved after calling the front desk whom were more than accommodating to our lack of knowledge. The bed; let me tell you, is the most comfortable king size bed we've slept on in a long time. We arrived kind of late from an approximate 5 hour drive. We woke up at 5:30 am fully refreshed because we slept so hard. We travel with 2 Chihuahuas & we all were ready to go walk Bricktown. Breakfast was 7:30 am - 10:30 am on the weekends. We spend A LOT of time in hotels. This hotel had the best breakfast. We woke up to a yogurt bar with fresh fruit (strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, honey dew melon), granola, various nuts), sausage links, cheese omelets, & French toast. There was also other things we DIDN'T choose to eat like a waffle station, bagels, miffins, cereals. There is a soda fountain as well as a juice fountain. The pet area is around back & it is a nice area for our small dogs, I'm not too sure about if you have a big dog. We enjoyed our time there.

My husband and I really enjoyed a couple hours talking, eating and drinking peacefully!!! We loved our stay there!!! Next morning the breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 10/10

The overall location and facilities are decent. Breakfast is always a plus; however, service was slower than on previous occasions. This was my third or fourth stay at the same hotel during the graduation season. It was disappointing that my reservation was for a 2-queen bed, and it was somehow changed to a single king bed only. There was no communication explaining why, but despite the sleeping capacity being the same, I should have been informed of the change. It was too late to go back to the desk to request a change.
