Hope the check in staff have more resources, they only have one computer to check in for Main Stay and sleep in. The neighboring property is currently under construction.

I thought the bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. A shower bar was loose and toilet seat was loose.

My room was not in the best condition, house keeping didn’t clean my room at all. There was no wash rags and when I asked for some they gave me big towels saying they were out. My room key didn’t work to the back door to gain access into the hotel. Both lobby staff members I encountered were very unprofessional. I would never book this hotel again

We specifically needed a hotel with a dryer, as a water park was a portion of our plans. The guest laundry facilities were all out of order. We specifically looked for a hotel with an outdoor grill; it is poorly maintained and in need of a thorough cleaning. There were four people in our room (2 adults, 2 children ages 8 & 15). We specifically looked for a hotel with an indoor kitchen and amenities: we were only provided with two bowls, two plates, two forks, two spoons, four butter knives, and three bath towels for our three-night stay. None of the ice machines worked and the WiFi is weak and constantly drops. However, breakfast was excellent, the staff polite, and the hot tub was actually hot. However, you have to cross to the other hotel, since they share pool access.

Hotel was conveniently located. Only drawback was tile floor was cracked and coming up in bathroom.

This hotel was just a few minutes from the Children’s hospital which was the reason for our stay. Very clean, very comfy. We got in at 3am and had no trouble checking in. Great value!

Room accommodations Filthy carpets in hallways.

1) We arrived at the hotel shortly after the check-in time, but had to wait ~20mins to get into the room. This was a little frustrating, as we'd planned to arrive early to head out to an attraction on arrival, but this was delayed. Nothing too major, but a bugbear of mine when the check-in time is clearly posted. 2) Not the fault of the hotel directly, but the surrounding construction of other hotels does make the area around the hotel look a bit scruffy. Something that'll be sorted out in time, I'm sure.

Clean facility and nice staff! Beds were very uncomfortable and the lobby and room was hot despite our AC unit “working”.

A great place to stay, they are short handed so getting service is sketchy, remote didn't work could not get batteries, the guy said if he had time he would bring them, when you went to the desk he was hardly ever there, he was doing laundry, stocking etc, and only 1 elevator worked, but that was the only negative i world definitely stay there again, it's very close to brick town
