Candlewood Suites Oklahoma City - Bricktown by IHG

The place was clean and the staff were friendly Dog poop everywhere out side the property, you can not walk on any grass without stepping in it.

We stay here every year for softball tournaments. The hotel is clean, safe and in a great location.

For the price did not have breakfast and had to walk to the OTHER HOTEL for the pool

This property was good.

The layout, the bed kitchen and desk The noise from the occupants above me ruined my second night of sleep. The Rep at the desk was unable to quiet them down. Huge minus for me.

Nothing Did not clean, requested additional towels and blankets, took 2 days after asking 3 times for them. Very noisy, elevator is scary, location was horrible.

This is our go to hotel when in OKC and have been coming here for several years. Unlike last year, they fixed/replaced some of their laundry machines so we could actually wash our clothes there. Good location with easy access to the interstate and other primary roads. Only a short distance from Scissortail park. They don't offer breakfast. Every year prices increase like everywhere else but this year was far more expensive. If prices continue to rise at similar rates, we will be looking at surrounding hotel options which offer breakfast at lower prices.

The rooms were very nice, and the housekeeping staff was great. The only drawback to our stay was that there was no free breakfast, or breakfast on site. From what we read about the property, before arriving, we believed that they did serve a free breakfast. However, they did not. There was a McDonald's nearby as well as a Waffle House. The issue for us was that we had to allow additional time in our schedule which had definite time constraints already. Otherwise, we would have planned ahead accordingly. All staff was very friendly. Front desk staff was not always available either.

This is in a great location to Bricktown. You could walk to it. The room itself was great with some really nice personal touches. It was very clean. The location of the actual room was awful though. It was right across from the front desk and so was incredibly loud from every direction. I would definitely recommend repurposing this room all together. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

the coffee Management never reached out to me ,about my concerns.

There was no hot water in the morning for a shower. The manager wasn’t available to discuss at check out and no one ever replied to my email to follow up. What’s the point of booking if you don’t have hot water or good customer service. Also, the elevators didn’t work, but not as big of a deal.

Parking was secure. Had everything needed in the kitchen to cook. Restroom was all good as well. Great stay.

This is an older location but they are doing a good job of keeping things clean.
