Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Oklahoma City-Bricktown, OK

It was great but smelled like smoke and all our stuff smells like it now even thin they were adamant that they're was no smoking

Easy to find, clean rooms, staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of food. I give it a 10!

It was clean and well maintained

We had a guest above us that sounded like they were stomping and running around all night long. We let staff know and it did stop briefly but started again a couple hours later. Breakfast was ok. There was only one waffle machine so you had to wait a long time if you wanted a waffle. The phone in our room did not work so we had to call the front desk from our cell phone. We let them know and the staff said “oh ok”. Did not work the entire stay. Using the shuttle was nice and convenient but you had to wait at least 30 minutes even though staff would tell you it would be just 10 minutes. The shuttle forgot to pick us up in brick town. We had to call back after waiting about 45 minutes.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too with a lot of choices.

Great location for what we needed

Exposed electrical wires and a smelly garbage disposal were in plain sight upon entry. There was also exposed plumbing in the bathroom (no cabinets) A water stained and poorly repaired ceiling directly above the bed. The air conditioner was either too cold, or lagged in AUTO mode and the room became too warm. I won't and will not recommend or revisit this particular establishment during any of my future business travels. Overall, I'd give a score of 3 out of 10.

Convenient location

Had an amazing time, free breakfast, a little snack and drink shop, kitchen in the room and so forth. Would recommend 10/10

Great price for the suite. Clean. Quiet. Nice staff. Good location. Highly recommend.

I asked for handicap accessible walk-in shower and got excellent room on first floor with easy access from 2 different doors. Room was a BIG suite with kitchenette and full size fridge. Breakfast good. My only complaint was all handicap spots were taken when I arrived making parking a challenge.
